Hello, my name is Cy T. I am an author and a public figure. Yesterday, I was in a meeting when I realized I had left my phone behind. While driving, I noticed my phone was not connected to my car, and I suspected it had fallen off the hood. I retraced my route and, with the help of Mike, a person from the meeting, found my phone with the OtterBox case intact. Unfortunately, the phone was damaged beyond repair, despite being in the case. I purchased the OtterBox at an Xfinity store in Tinley Park, IL, along with the phone less than a year ago. I began purchasing Otterbox cases when Dave Ramsey first endorsed them. Every time I got a new phone, I would buy an Otterbox without issues. However, the last three cases have not been as durable as before. The tabs broke off, and the backs wore thin easily. Upon inspecting the packaging, I noticed they are now made in China. I am disappointed to discover this change and will no longer support a company that sacrifices quality for profit. It's disheartening to see how corporations prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Today marks the end of my association with this company and its products.

I recently purchased an OtterBox Defender for my Galaxy S20+. Unfortunately, the case broke when my phone fell from my hip as I was getting out of the car. The clip that holds the phone in place was damaged, and both the OtterBox and my phone have cracked frames and screens. I have always trusted OtterBox products and never had issues until now. During my visit to the local Verizon store in Spartanburg, S.C. today, I went to buy a new charger for my iPhone 8 Plus. While I was there, I showed the customer service representative my Otterbox Defender case cover. The neoprene cover has stretched over time, making it fit poorly. I bought the Otterbox Defender and iPhone 8 Plus together about five years ago. The sales representative informed me of a lifetime warranty on the case for this issue. He suggested reaching out to Otterbox for a replacement cover. My case is still in new condition. Can you please confirm if this information is accurate? Thank you.

I am trying to return a brand new, unused case purchased for Christmas that is the wrong style for my tablet.
I have been unsuccessful in contacting customer service. I have been on hold for hours over several days without anyone answering.
I have tried the live chat, but it always directs me to call. When I try to process the return with my order number, it requires me to speak with a representative, which is frustrating. We typically use Otter cases for our phones, but this experience has been disappointing. I will opt to order through Amazon in the future due to their simpler return process. I am in need of assistance.

I am missing my package and receipt, but I have always relied on Otterbox for their dependable phone cases. After upgrading from an S7 to an S21 and receiving a case as a gift, I noticed issues with the rubber not latching properly and the clip not holding the phone on the belt clip securely. In the past, I had a screen protector issue that was promptly resolved with a replacement, showcasing Otterbox's excellent customer service. I have been a satisfied customer having bought three expensive Otterbox cases previously. I am unsure about the current replacement policy, but I am kindly requesting a replacement for my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 6.2-inch phone, preferably the lightest case available with a belt clip. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, and I would continue recommending Otterbox to others. I feel uneasy using my phone without a proper case.

I bought a Symmetry Series cover for my iPhone 13 Pro Max from a company called istore in Israel on 29/04/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the shield broke recently. When I tried to get a replacement at the store, I was informed that there is no warranty for breakages. Even the official importer in Israel, MoMadia, confirmed that they couldn't replace the product. I was surprised by this response as the whole purpose of the cover is to protect the phone. I am disappointed with the service in Israel and trust that your company values its customers. I kindly request a replacement for the product. A few days ago, I received my new phone in the mail. Excited to protect it, I headed to Walmart to purchase the OtterBox Defender for the Galaxy S22 Ultra. However, my attempts were met with challenges as the store was about to close, and I had to request an employee's help. To my dismay, the case didn't fit my phone. I checked the box and ensured it was indeed for the right model. Determined to find a suitable case, I traveled to another Walmart [redacted] miles away, only to face the same issue with different OtterBox cases. I recently purchased an Apple Watch Exo Case for my Apple Series 8 45mm Apple Watch. I made the purchase as a guest using the email address: [redacted] However, I have not yet received an email confirming my order from Otterbox.
The payment for my order was successfully processed through PayPal, but I'm concerned because I haven't received an order number or any confirmation details. When I checked my account on Otterbox's website, it showed no record of any orders placed.

I own an iPhone 13 and my Otterbox case, which is the flexible rubber version, needs to be replaced. I recently purchased a new case through your Amazon site, but I received a hard plastic two-piece case instead of the three-piece one with the more flexible rubber. The new case fits my phone well, but it is loose in the holster. How can I obtain a holster that securely fits my new case or can I exchange the hard plastic case for the softer rubber version that fits snugly into the holster? Thank you. - Jack S.

Recently, my new iPhone 14 Pro Max suffered damage when it fell at home, despite being fitted with a protective case. The back glass completely shattered after just 4-5 months of use. I had paid [redacted] ILS for the guaranteed drop test, only to find myself needing to shell out an additional [redacted] ILS for repairs. I am disappointed with this experience and hope that the company can offer a solution.

I have been an iPhone user since [redacted] and have trusted the Defender series of cases for all my phones. I work as a contractor, so having a reliable phone case is essential. However, I recently purchased the Defender case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and I am disappointed. I bought it on March 14th through Amazon, and I have already experienced issues with it. The phone falls out of the belt clip easily, the sides do not offer enough protection for the screen, and the case does not adequately cover the camera lenses. I am concerned about the safety of my phone, and I believe that the quality of this case does not meet the standards I have come to expect from your brand. I may have to explore other case options moving forward unless there are improvements made to the design.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong OtterBox model for my iPad. Despite emailing right away to correct the error, I have only received automated responses and, days later, the incorrect product arrived. It is frustrating that OtterBox does not provide contact numbers for customer service. I am now unable to reach anyone to address the issue as my emails are going unanswered.
