I recently purchased the Oral-B Pro [redacted] for my second home based on Wirecutter's recommendation as the best electric toothbrush. At home, I use a Philips Sonicare. However, I find the Oral-B brush to be too rough, even though it claims to have a "Sensitive" mode. The instructions on how to switch to this mode are unclear and difficult to follow. As someone with periodontal disease, having a gentler option is crucial for me. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and plan to provide feedback to Wirecutter. The lack of telephone support adds to my frustration, especially considering my background in Technical and Business Writing. I hope to find a solution to switch to "Sensitive" mode, and I urge for clearer instructions in the future.

A few years back, my periodontist urged me to improve my gum health to save my teeth. That's when I found the Hummingbird. Ever since, I've diligently used it to floss, and my gums have greatly improved. However, the product has been discontinued, and my existing units are failing. I recently had to purchase a new one for $80, a steep price given their rarity. Even used ones are going for $60. I'm concerned about what I'll do when my current supply runs out. I'm hoping for a replacement or access to a hidden stockpile. The Hummingbird has been a lifesaver, especially with my Parkinson's condition. How can I be assisted in this situation?

I have been experiencing difficulties with Oral-B/P&G Consumer Care regarding my defective Black [redacted] Oral-B Electric Toothbrush for about a month. Despite sending all necessary information to their Philippine representative, CMP, and having no response to my emails, I recently reached out to [redacted] for assistance. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to my claim under Oral-B's global warranty. Attached in my communication are details of my unresolved issue with Oral-B/P&G and my disappointment with the customer service provided thus far. I have completed a survey expressing my frustration and have all documents ready for submission if needed. I am eagerly awaiting a response to finally settle this matter. Thank you. - Ramesh Bhatia

I bought 2 packs of battery-operated toothbrushes from Sam's Club, totaling 4 toothbrushes. Unfortunately, one of them stopped working this week despite our efforts to fix it. When browsing Sam's Club online for a replacement, I noticed there is a protection plan available. I want to confirm if I purchased the protection plan to avoid buying a new set needlessly. The toothbrushes are excellent, and I would like to resolve this matter quickly and efficiently by having the faulty set replaced. To prevent any future issues, I am considering replacing all four toothbrushes at once since they were purchased simultaneously. I fear the other set may develop the same problem.

I recently came across an advertisement offering to pay for wrapping cars, and I applied after seeing an offer from Oral-B. I received a check for $1,[redacted] within 72 hours, with $[redacted] for my first-week pay and $1,[redacted] for the car wrapping representative. The contact person provided is Vincent Price at [redacted] gmail.com, which seems suspicious. Before depositing the check, I want to confirm if this is legitimate or a scam using your company's name. I'm Brenda S. from [redacted] Dancy Road, Ringgold, Louisiana [redacted], where the check was delivered. To avoid email correspondence due to a previous scam experience, I prefer speaking to a representative. Please reach out to me at [redacted] 4 to [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I want to alert Oral-B to a scam involving their company. I visited a website I believed to be theirs to apply for a car advertising opportunity. After submitting my car and personal information, a few days later, I received a fake check for $[redacted] along with a phony letter supposedly from Oral-B. The letter instructed me to deposit the check, use $[redacted] for the ad on my car, and keep $[redacted] as my first payment. I have photos of the check, the letter (which I tore up), and the envelope. I urge Oral-B to be aware of this fraudulent activity. If there are any inquiries, they can reach me at [redacted].
Thank you,

I purchased an Oral-B Electric Toothbrush from Dr. Raj Patel in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 13, [redacted]. Upon deciding I didn't need the toothbrush, I attempted to return it to the dentist's office but was directed to seek a refund through Oral-B. Following their return instructions, I sent the item back on November 14, [redacted], including a copy of my receipt, full details, and paying for signed delivery. Despite Oral-B's stated processing time of up to six weeks for refunds, as of June 2, [redacted], I am still awaiting my refund. Please investigate why the refund has not been received. Thank you, Chana B. Email: [redacted] Dr. Raj Patel, DDS [redacted] S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK [redacted], [redacted].

I am interested in contacting the manufacturer of Oral B toothbrushes via email to address the absence of recycling code information on their packaging. Including recycling codes is crucial for proper recycling, as facilities rely on these codes to differentiate materials. While attempting to email Oral B, I encountered a consent screen asking for broad permission to use my personal information, which I find frustrating. I suspect that calling customer service may not lead to a satisfactory resolution, so I prefer email communication for a chance to escalate the matter within the company. However, I could not find a direct email address for Oral B. Do you have any suggestions on how I can email Oral B without agreeing to extensive data collection? Alternatively, would mailing a physical letter be a simpler option? Thank you for your assistance in addressing this matter respectfully and promptly. - S.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased an Oral-B Braun electric toothbrush ([redacted] Pro) last year. Recently, I noticed that the pin where the brush head attaches has become rusty. This concerns me as I am getting a taste of rust while brushing, which is not ideal for oral hygiene. I have never encountered this issue with Oral-B electric toothbrushes in the past, even though I use the same water and toothpaste. I hope this is an isolated incident. Can you please assist me in resolving this problem?
Thank you,
David G. from Malta

Hello, I am experiencing challenges due to my disabilities and pain. I bought an Oral B [redacted] electric toothbrush a year ago from Superdrug for £25 during a Black Friday Christmas deal. Unfortunately, I am finding it frustrating that I need to charge it so frequently, every 1 to 2 days. Could someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I purchased [redacted] toothbrushes to donate to homeless individuals in Las Vegas, Nevada, but 73 of them had bristles falling out. Walmart offered a refund, but I wanted a replacement. They advised me to contact Oral B. I do this annually to help the homeless in Vegas, and this year, I could only give out 27 toothbrushes instead of the intended [redacted]. I'm reaching out to Oral B to see if they can assist me, even with small travel toothbrushes. I've been using Oral B since childhood and was disappointed by the quality issue. My contact number is [redacted].

Hello Clifford Patterson, I trust you are well today? I am Bob Cabrera, the Campaign Manager at Oral-B. We have received the application form you submitted expressing your interest in advertising for our company. Please confirm if you are still interested. Thank you.
Clifford, our company will handle the installation and removal of the wrap. The decal is designed not to damage your vehicle's paint and will be taken off by our representative at the end of the contract. If, however, the decal causes any damage, our insurance will cover the repair costs for your car. You will receive a compensation of $[redacted].00 per week as payment for leasing the exterior space on your vehicle. Thank you.
Clifford, kindly note that our accountant will send a check to cover your first week's payment, the graphic installer fee, and insurance to protect the advertisement on your car. Once the check has been successfully processed by your bank, we will schedule a meeting at your residence to apply the decal to your vehicle.

I have a Pro [redacted] toothbrush but received a Genius 8K manual. This made me call customer service to ensure I had all the package contents. Surprisingly, I was informed that my Samsung A21 phone is incompatible with the Oral-B app and toothbrush unit. It's baffling given the wide use of Samsung phones globally. The Bluetooth feature seems more like a gimmick than a useful tool for the toothbrush. Now, I'm also unsure if the manual's battery replacement instructions apply universally or only to specific models.

I have been using an Oral B [redacted] for a while and was worried about applying too much pressure while brushing, particularly on my dental work like caps and fillings. I decided to upgrade to the Oral B [redacted] as it has a warning light for excessive pressure. However, after using it, I noticed the pressure light didn't turn on no matter how hard I brushed. Eventually, I pressed hard on my finger and saw the light come on, but it didn't trigger during regular use. I'm unsure if this is normal or if there's an issue with my unit. I hoped the upgrade would provide the benefit of warning me when brushing too hard. I bought the [redacted] at WAL-MART recently and would appreciate any advice. Thank you. - H.G. Shipp

I made an online order for the Oral B [redacted] Smart Series Electric Toothbrush with Bluetooth on Sunday 10/31/[redacted] at 9:15:54 PM PDT under Order #[redacted], totaling $65.99. Despite a successful payment with our credit card via Paypal, the Paypal status remains pending authorization at the same time. I sent an email inquiry through the website contact form yesterday but have not received any acknowledgment. It is confusing why the transaction was processed through Paypal instead of the selected credit card option. I am eager to receive an update on my order status, understand the delay, and ultimately receive the toothbrush set. I am hopeful for a prompt response regarding this matter. Best regards, Rochelle Meyer

I placed an order for 2 Smart Limited Oral B electric toothbrushes with confirmation #[redacted]. I received an email notifying me that the order was cancelled. After contacting customer service at [redacted], I was informed that the bank may cancel orders if the address is in all capital letters, which differs from their records. Unfortunately, your website does not permit me to change the address to lowercase, apart from the first letter. I am interested in placing a phone order instead.

Order # [redacted] and Case No. [redacted]7: On November 9, [redacted], I purchased an Oral B IO Series 7 for my daughter from your website as a Christmas gift. I contacted your office on May 16, [redacted], to report an issue with mildew in the brush and toothbrush itself. Despite changing the brush head, the mildew persists within the toothbrush. Although the warranty has expired, the toothbrush is still practically new, and for a $[redacted].00 purchase, it should not be experiencing such issues. We have used other electric toothbrush brands before without encountering this problem. My daughter, who requested this particular toothbrush based on positive reviews, feels uncomfortable using it in its current state. I have images of the toothbrush and mildew available for verification if necessary. Kindly assist me promptly with a replacement. Thank you, Robin L.

I am disappointed with the electric toothbrushes I purchased from your company. I have had 2 rechargeable ones that needed to be thrown away when they could no longer hold a charge, which I find wasteful. I then bought 3 battery operated OralB toothbrushes for my daughters and me. Although initially pleased with them, I struggled to open the catch at the bottom to change the batteries. Recently, I had to use a nail file to pry the base open as the catch wouldn't budge. Unfortunately, I ended up breaking the catch, rendering the toothbrush unusable. I am unhappy with the design and suggest creating a more user-friendly system that doesn't require as much strength and dexterity to replace the batteries.

I have a one-year-old Oral-B Braun Type [redacted] toothbrush that has stopped working. I really enjoy using this toothbrush, and if it cannot be fixed, I would like to request a replacement. Could we possibly discuss obtaining a new one at a discounted price? I have checked that the charger is functioning properly as the green light comes on when it is connected. However, when I push the brush head, a red light illuminates at the bottom briefly. Occasionally, even after charging, the toothbrush will only run for a second before stopping.

I bought two Oral B battery-operated toothbrushes in mid-June, and both fail before three months are up. They each have a two-minute timer that should alert me, but they start "stuttering" before reaching the two-minute mark. The first one stopped working altogether, and the second one starts "stuttering" around one minute in. I have checked the batteries, and they both show a "strong" response. I enjoy the Oral B brand but am wary of buying a third brush at this rate. Do you have any suggestions to resolve this issue? Also, I am uncomfortable providing my credit card information for weekend service, even if it is refundable.
