Dear support team, I am writing to address an issue with my Direct Debit charges. My customer ID is [redacted]. This is the second time I have encountered significant overcharging, despite providing meter readings and having a Smart Meter. Despite raising this concern during two separate phone calls, the problem persists. I was assured during the last call that this would be resolved, yet I find myself overcharged once again. I kindly request a prompt refund of the excess amount within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in me pursuing legal action to recover the unjust overpayments.
