I am experiencing issues making reservations. An error message appears saying the system is temporarily not working, and this persists upon retrying. I had previously updated my email address a few months ago with the support team, who transferred my 10,[redacted]+ points to the new email. However, when attempting to use my points now, my balance shows as zero dollars. This situation is frustrating considering my long-standing loyalty as a member without any previous no-shows. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.

I did not receive points for my recent reservation at Charley's in Long Branch, NJ with confirmation number [redacted]. I am confused why this booking did not qualify for points as I usually receive them for my visits. Despite consistently requesting the [redacted] points for my reservations through my account, this time they were not credited. I attempted to seek assistance from the bot, but it was not very helpful. I would appreciate an explanation regarding why this particular reservation did not earn points, especially since it is still listed on OpenTable. I firmly believe that I should be awarded the points as usual.

I made a Valentine's Day reservation back on January 21st for $[redacted] per person, which was confirmed on both the website and on OpenTable. However, on February 11th, the owner, Elizabeth, left me a voicemail stating the price had increased to $[redacted] per person. Upon checking the website, I noticed a new notice about the increased price due to an "expanded menu" for Valentine's Day. When I spoke with Elizabeth on February 13th, she refused to honor the original $[redacted] price, causing me great disappointment as a first-time customer. Despite expressing my concerns, Elizabeth seemed indifferent and unapologetic. This experience has soured my Valentine's Day plans, as it's now last minute to find another vegan-friendly restaurant for the occasion. It's evident that Elizabeth prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction, changing prices last minute without regard for the impact on patrons. Bogus

Hello, I have encountered issues with the chat service and customer service number. As a loyal member of Open Table since [redacted] - for 20 years - I am struggling to update my primary phone number and address from the UK to the US. Despite receiving email confirmations and attempting to change the information multiple times in the past 3 days, the process freezes when I click the button.
