Hello,
I recently purchased items from Hanes at the Champion Outlet in Orlando, located at [redacted] I-Drive, FL [redacted], on 8/30/18 at 1pm. When leaving the store, the security alarms went off, and after checking, I was told the tags had been removed. However, I later discovered a security tag still attached to one of my trousers back at my hotel. This has caused me embarrassment and inconvenience as I have to now return to the store before my flight home.
I trusted the staff at Hanes to have removed all security tags properly, and I am disappointed by this oversight. I am seeking advice on the best course of action to resolve this issue promptly, as I don't want it to affect my travel plans and overall experience during my vacation.

I placed an order for four bras on June 19, [redacted]. I received the package after it was sent to multiple post offices. Unfortunately, I only received three bras instead of the four I ordered. I tried contacting the number on the packing slip multiple times with no success, encountering busy signals and being put on hold for 30 minutes each time. I then attempted another number with the same results. My missing bra is the Playtex bra c&s molded U/W 42C in Pink Piroutte. I would appreciate it if you could credit my account for $19.99 plus tax. Today, I received my order, but unfortunately one item is missing from it.
I have spent a total of 45 minutes waiting to speak with a customer service representative today. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was disconnected. I attempted to call another number for Hanes and was directed back to the initial number. I have currently been on hold for more than 15 minutes.
My order number is [redacted], and my customer number is [redacted]. I ordered 3 packages of L'eggs Sheer Energy knee-highs in the 'Nude' color, but I only received 2. The packing slip clearly states 3, but only 2 were included.
I am frustrated with the poor customer service experience. If this issue is not quickly resolved, I will not be ordering from Hanes again.

I purchased several bras from One Hanes Place online. The colors of the items I ordered were correct, but unfortunately, the sizes are incorrect. This issue lies with the factory in Honduras that manufactured the bras, not with the warehouse employees. The size labels on the bras do not match the actual sizes. I have been a loyal customer and recognized immediately upon opening the package that the cup size was too large. I hope to return these mislabeled bras to the One Hanes Place store in Merrimack, NH without incurring any return costs. I will contact customer service at 9:00 am to resolve this issue. If I cannot exchange them at the outlet, I may need to reconsider future purchases from this company.
