Olympus Customer Service Issues

I was using my EM1M2 when I realized it was in HDR mode. After fixing it, I noticed that each image I uploaded at home was duplicated. My Mac prompted me to rename the duplicates, which resulted in the same number with .2 added. I suspect a setting has been altered, but I am unable to locate it. I want to avoid capturing duplicate files moving forward. Can someone guide me on where to look for a solution to this issue? Thank you, J.G.

Earlier today, I was chatting with Russell A. about a technical issue. He mentioned he would transfer me to a technical specialist but requested I fill out a form with credit card details. Unfortunately, my Capitol One card was rejected by the system which then blocked further progress until a valid card was entered. Despite having a balance of $[redacted] and available credit of over $21,[redacted], I couldn't get back to Russell to explain. This experience has been frustrating and a waste of time. What went wrong on your end?
