I am a pharmacist who was furloughed by PharMerica, a long-term care pharmacy in Oklahoma City on April 19, [redacted] due to COVID-19's impact on the nursing home industry. After receiving unemployment benefits from OESC, I was recently informed that my position was eliminated on September 15, [redacted]. I was previously ineligible for benefits due to receiving severance and vacation pay. I am unsure when I can reapply for OESC benefits and if I should continue filing by phone.
Thank you,

I applied for unemployment in July and reapplied in October [redacted]. Although I was not denied, I couldn't apply for pandemic assistance. Someone attempted to file on my behalf, but after resolving that issue, I have not received any payments since July [redacted]. I have completed the proof of identity process. I have not received any unemployment payments and need assistance to receive payments from July [redacted] to the present day. Please help me with this matter.

I have been applying for PUA benefits since the beginning of the pandemic. My claim seems to be stuck now; I haven't been able to file for the past 3 weeks. Despite speaking with 3 other customer service representatives, the issue remains unresolved. I even visited the only workforce office near Tulsa, but they stopped seeing people after lunch break, which was frustrating. Today, I waited on hold for over 3 hours, only to have the call drop as soon as I connected with someone. They asked for a call back number in case of disconnection, but I never received a call. It's frustrating that a million-dollar computer program is so inadequate; even free platforms like Wix could do better. I feel like the unemployment agency may be involved in some fraudulent activity. Conduet seems to be running a scam; they never send out the card, and after a month's wait, they ask for payment to send it. This situation is very frustrating.

I was informed that my benefits expired the week of April 3rd. However, upon reapplying, I discovered I still have $14,[redacted] left from my previous claim, so I am unable to collect on the new claim for $[redacted] until I deplete my existing benefits. I have been filing for unemployment for weeks without any payments. I have submitted my driver's license and a photo of myself for verification. Despite receiving emails from "Unemployment benefits" and confirming my email address, I have not received any benefits since April 3rd. I am frustrated and confused by the situation. I need assistance resolving this issue as I have been unable to reach anyone over the phone due to long wait times and my schedule of conducting Zoom interviews.

I was receiving PUA benefits until they abruptly put a hold on my benefits, mentioning that I needed to file for regular unemployment benefits first. This occurred in early April [redacted]. I have called four times, waiting a total of 10 hours to speak with someone. Three different agents mentioned they would call me back, and one actually did, but none of the issues have been resolved. I followed their advice and applied for regular unemployment benefits. However, when trying to claim my first week, I received a message indicating potential ineligibility and was instructed to contact their offices. Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved. They have requested that I upload my driver's license, social security card, and proof of employment, which I did weeks ago, yet I have not received any feedback from them. The situation is confusing as they directed me to apply but are now requesting information they should already have.

I need to file a new claim as I believe I was wrongfully terminated without cause. I was accused of smoking drugs by a co-worker trying to cover up her misconduct. Despite asking for a drug test, all I received was a request for my badge. I was never given any paperwork to sign regarding the incident. I had been prescribed anxiety medication, which I quickly stopped taking to protect my job. When attempting to address the situation with HR, I was denied information on how to proceed. There is no concrete evidence, only a he said/she said scenario. I am eager to have the opportunity to present my side of the story and clear my name. I have no history of drug use on the premises. My main goal is to be reinstated in my job as I did not engage in the behavior I was accused of. I feel at a loss as my co-worker mishandled the situation and I cannot get the support I need. Can anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

My employment was terminated by my boss. Despite being slower in my work pace, I was performing well and everything I tested proved to be good. I was let go because I did not complete tasks by April as required. Immediately, I registered on various job search websites. Only recently did I find out about the necessity of using okjobmatch.com. I have been actively applying to at least two positions per week. I secured a part-time position with FedEx on June 6, which is positive, but I am seeking a full-time role.
