Ohana Health Plan Customer Service Issues

I am facing a challenging situation where my mother, who recently suffered a stroke, is inheriting my grandmother's estate. There are two disabled cousins in the estate who require long-term care. One cousin is legally blind and unable to care for himself, and the other has mental health issues, has attempted suicide before, struggles with addiction, and poses a risk to others. I need to find a way to place them in appropriate care so that I can focus on my mother's well-being and manage her affairs, including the mortgage. I have young children and cannot have them exposed to such distressing circumstances. I know that both cousins receive health services through Ohana.
