I visited Office Depot yesterday on the 12th to send a crucial document (passport for an interview) via overnight delivery. The employee assisting me processed the shipment through USPS instead of FedEx despite my repeated requests for FedEx due to the urgency of the document. The passport office contacted me today at 4 pm stating that the papers hadn't arrived, and my interview was the next morning. Having to reprint everything, I rushed back to the same Office Depot and encountered the rude employee, Beverly, who was uncooperative and unhelpful. Eventually, I had to go directly to the main FedEx office and pay $[redacted] for expedited delivery. Upon returning to Office Depot, I asked for a $37 refund, but Beverly made me wait for an hour and displayed unprofessional behavior, leaving another employee, James, to assist me in her absence. This experience was disappointing, and it's concerning that Office Depot employs individuals like Beverly with such poor customer service skills.

I would like a refund for the inkjet cartridge credited back to my Visa card. Despite multiple phone calls, my order was supposed to arrive on November 8, [redacted], but I have not received it, and its status still shows as "out for delivery." I have experienced frustrating delays when trying to reach a live customer service representative, both online and in person at the Office Depot store. Even contacting the corporate office has not helped. They claimed they cannot refund me until the package is delivered, even though it has been in the "out for delivery" status for three days. I request a credit of $44.40 to be issued back to my Visa, as I have not received the inkjet cartridge as expected.

I need assistance getting a refund for an item that was no longer available. I ordered 2 Smead Prong Fastener Premium Pressboard Report Covers in 8.5 x 11 Red/Red but received 11 x 17 size instead. I contacted Customer Service, and they arranged for Office Depot to pick up the items today, 11-28-[redacted], for a refund. I am still holding onto the items and waiting for further instructions or contact.

I shipped a package to New York from the Fullerton, CA Office Depot on Chapman Ave in late December [redacted], and it was damaged by FedEx. I filed a claim at the Fullerton store but am still waiting for the $[redacted].28 reimbursement for the damaged goods. FedEx mentioned the check was sent to the Fullerton store, who then said they forwarded it to Office Depot's Corporate offices in Florida for approval. I bought items worth $[redacted].66 from the Boca Raton Glades Road Office Depot ten minutes ago and donated them to my mosque. I tried to get reimbursed through the Palm Beach Schools class wallet account for more than the purchase amount. I spoke to Mr. Ray at the Boca Office Depot, who couldn't provide two separate bills totaling $[redacted].77, which is what I need for upload purposes. The remaining $25.89 is for something else. The manager was unable to assist and advised me to contact the corporate office.

I recently ordered a product from Office Depot, and unfortunately, it is being sent to a non-existent address due to an error by the customer service representative. I contacted them to resolve the issue, but they stated they were unable to do anything about it. Even when I requested the order to be canceled since it cannot be delivered to the incorrect address, they mentioned it had already shipped and could not be canceled or updated with the correct address. I am very frustrated with the extremely poor customer service experience.

I had a challenging experience trying to return an item to Office Depot. The staff member at the counter wouldn't allow the return and only offered a partial refund. The ink cartridge we ordered online, which was deemed compatible by your associate, turned out to be incompatible with our HP Envy 6455e printer. I contacted a tech person at the Alton, IL store for assistance, and after some back and forth, we were able to get the refund. This whole situation was really inconvenient, especially after just being discharged from the hospital. We might end up returning the printer because of this issue. I hope the corporate office addresses these training and customer service issues promptly.

I have been struggling to apply for a Veteran discount for several months. Upon submitting my notarized copy of my DD214 to Home Depot online, I was informed it was illegible. On Wednesday at work, I was called into the office due to a register issue as a sales advisor. I mistakenly recycled ink to my account without cartridges being present. I was asked by the loss prevention manager and store manager to provide a statement and pay a $40 restitution fee. I was unexpectedly sent home. This is my first offense after 6 years with the company. They mentioned that I would receive further communication about my job status. My manager received an email, but there hasn't been any additional update from corporate. As a single mom of two, I am eager to know if I still have my job and what steps I should take next.
