I was originally with Oceanic cable before they became Spectrum, and they assured me my rates would stay the same. However, my bill has since doubled due to unauthorized promotions. Despite reaching out, I have received poor service and no resolution. I am seeking assistance to restore my service to its original quality and lower my bill back to the agreed upon grandfathered rate. Thank you.
