My husband, a Marine Vet with PTSD and claustrophobia, always prefers a window seat due to his condition. We've never had any issues with this request except at the Columbia, TN restaurant. Despite there being plenty of empty tables, today the host was rude and tried to seat us near the kitchen, which we declined. We typically dine at this restaurant around four times a month, but due to the poor treatment from the staff, we will be looking for a new place to enjoy our meals.

I used to work at O'Charleys, enjoying it until last week. While checking the bathrooms during a busy Sunday shift, I discovered a messy stall with salad/vomit all over. I reported it to the general manager, who said it would be cleaned up when it slowed down, and to lock the stall for the time being. The smell made me sick, and I ended up throwing up in the adjacent stall. When I informed my managers, they were too busy to address it. Eventually, after a coworker informed a manager about my situation, they told me to clean up the mess before allowing me to go home. I felt uncared for and disrespected. I want to know if the manager was wrong or if I am overreacting. Other coworkers agree that I should have been sent home right away, and someone else should have cleaned the stall.

In May of [redacted], my family and I dined at O'Charleys in Bowling Green, Kentucky. As a former regular customer, I've noticed a decline in menu variety. The overemphasis on fried dishes has become monotonous. The removal of favorites like Prime Rib and Chicken Parm has left patrons wanting diverse options like ham, broiled fish, turkey, pork, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, pot roast, broiled crab cakes, grilled sausage with veggies, and more. It's disheartening to see the lack of non-fried selections. O'Charleys was once popular, but lately, even on busy days like Mother's Day, the restaurant seems to be losing its appeal. Offering a specials menu with alternatives to fried food like soups, different pasta dishes, and classics like Meat Loaf or Chicken and Dumplings could attract a wider clientele. By introducing dishes like tuna wraps, broiled fish options, calves liver, veal, pork loin, and more, O'Charleys could differentiate itself and cater to the diverse tastes of Bowling Green diners. I recently placed an order at your Fultondale, AL location and unfortunately encountered several issues with the order. When I arrived home, I realized that the rolls were missing from the two dinners I purchased for $19.99 each. Additionally, the grilled salmon in one of the dinners was burnt. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager about the missing items, but I was placed on hold for an extended period. After no one returned to the line, I tried calling again with no success. The situation was further complicated as no one answered after multiple attempts to reach out, including trying the To Go feature. I believe I am owed a reimbursement for the unsatisfactory order and lack of customer service. I have both the receipt and photos of the burnt food as evidence of the issues I experienced at your O'Charley's [redacted], Fultondale, AL location.
