I encountered another hacking incident after spending $59 to have my Pixel 3a XL wiped clean yesterday. I used my last bit of money for a ride home and added my only remaining non-compromised credit card to Google Pay as suggested by the tech person who assured me it would be secure. However, I expressed my concern that a sync between Google accounts might compromise me, and sadly, I was hacked again from Charlotte, NC within an hour of arriving home last night. The backup phone I am using, my old S7 Galaxy, is also compromised. The hacker keeps targeting Google Play Services, and my Pixel is now completely unresponsive. This all began when the hacker sent emails to various companies, including yours, after gaining control of my Google account. In response, I closed one Gmail account and created a new one for safety at [redacted] I also have an old Outlook account, [redacted], but I do not use Microsoft apps on my phone or the problematic Pixel 3a XL. After multiple conversations with NordVPN representatives, they allowed me to connect without requiring my payment details, as I was unable to get through to Capital One at the moment regarding a $99 charge in May [redacted]. I have a Discover It card and a new one is on its way after experiencing about 6 new Capital One cards being issued due to ongoing hacking issues starting around February 10th. Should I trust NordVPN or should I opt for a more reliable payment method to talk to a tech specialist?

When I started my PC running Windows 10, I encountered a login screen and after entering my information, I received a message stating it could not connect. I did not have the kill switch on. When trying to go online with various programs and browsers, I continuously received a message indicating I had no internet access, although another computer on the same network was working fine. To troubleshoot, I disabled Nord on all my other devices using it to prevent the same issue. Feeling frustrated, I decided to uninstall Nord, intending to reinstall it once the issue was resolved, but that did not fix the problem. I remember facing a similar issue about a year ago and seeking help. Back then, I spoke with a person who guided me through a process involving Winsock that resolved everything. Recently, I contacted the help bot, which repeated the same questions. After finally being connected to a human chat, I spent about an hour without receiving assistance. Unfortunately, I was informed that nothing could be done, and shortly after, the chat was abruptly terminated. I'm seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue without resorting to getting rid of my computer.

My email is [redacted] I was notified at 1:00 pm on Sunday that my membership will renew in 3 days via automatic payment. By 3:30 pm the same day, I received an email about a special 2-year plan for $66. I want to inform you that my bank card was compromised, and Citibank has canceled it. Today, I received an email that the new card has been sent via Fedex and will arrive on Thursday, May 14. Therefore, the automatic payment is not feasible since my old card is no longer valid. I am interested in the 2-year plan offer, assuming it is more cost-effective than my current 1-year plan. I would like to switch to the cheaper option.

I need help resetting my NORD VPN account as I had issues with it and reset it. Unfortunately, my USB Drive with all my passwords got corrupted around the same time. Now, I need to request new passwords and user IDs for all my accounts. Your help in getting my VPN account working again would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, M.L. Glover

Re: NORD VPN Premium Nord VPN disappeared from my desktop. The icon is visible, but when clicked, it adds another faint icon to the toolbar. I am unable to open the program from the desktop, rendering it non-functional. I prefer communicating through live chat. I need Nord to work again or provide a refund, as I cannot afford this downtime with other urgent matters to attend to. I have tried resetting the modem/router and restarting the computer, but the issue persists. Urgent assistance is needed to resolve this swiftly. I need to reconnect Nord VPN promptly. Apologies for the confusion, I initially believed this message would go directly to Nord.

After installing NordVPN on my computer and switching from Frontier internet to NordAPN, I encountered an issue where I could not import pictures from my Android phone into the "Your Phone Companion" app. This problem only arose after downloading NordVPN on Windows 10 - it was never an issue before. Despite enabling all phone permissions, the app keeps prompting me to click "Allow" for syncing, which I cannot locate. I reached out to NordAPN via email twice (yesterday and today, August 7, [redacted]) since their chat was not available, but I haven't received a response yet. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue as I have important photos to send.

I recently switched internet providers from HughesNet to Gmail. I need to update my email address to [redacted] from [redacted] I have an existing account with NordVPN linked to my old email. The subscription began on January 28, [redacted], for $[redacted] and runs for 3 years. I need to transfer this subscription to my new email account, [redacted] The HughesNet service will be discontinued by 12/22/20, so I need to make this change before that date.

Hello, I'm seeking help as my daughter's boyfriend has hacked my accounts and changed all my passwords. Despite changing my T Mobile phone four times, he has managed to restrict my access each time I contact my daughter. He has also locked me out of my UI EDD and Google accounts, preventing me from receiving important emails. I suspect he has gained access to my email, NorVPN, and NorPassword apps as well. I need urgent assistance as this has been ongoing for a few months now, leading me to close my UI credit card for safety. I have decided to decline using NordVPN and want to share an additional con I have experienced. One major drawback is the lack of customer support from NordVPN. Despite their positive reputation, the inability to contact them is a significant issue for me. I have been unsuccessful in all my attempts to reach out to them. For instance, I am unsure about the difference between nordvpn-electron and the regular version, but I cannot find any contact information or email address to inquire about this. Their contact page is unhelpful, and every search leads me back to the main page without any answers. This kind of unresponsiveness is not how a business should operate. I have important inquiries that require clarification, and the fact that they are unresponsive makes me hesitant to engage with their services.

My active account functions properly on one computer but stopped working on a second computer after a Windows reset. When trying to connect, I am prompted to "return to the app and close this window," only to be redirected to the same page. This endless loop has been ongoing despite previously working for over two years on the same computer. The lack of human interaction is aggravating, especially with an unhelpful chat bot. For reference, my account email address is as provided below. The issue arises when attempting to use the one-click security page, resulting in a continuous loop.

I have two laptops, an HP and a Lenovo. I purchased NORDVPN on my HP, where I can select different countries and parts of countries on the stylized map (#[redacted]). I can also sign up for NORDPass if I want. On my Lenovo, I thought I purchased NORDVPN, but I ended up with NORDLocker instead. As I am not familiar with computer terms, the difference in displays between the two laptops confuses me. I wonder if I got what I paid for. Please help me understand if I have NORDVPN on both laptops and clarify the features. While I am interested in using NORDPass and NORDLocker, my main concern is confirming NORDVPN's presence on both devices. I noticed on my recent bill from 3/19/21, the charge for NORDVPN appeared as SM.NORD*VPNCOM in London, Great Britain, for $89.00, +[redacted]33. I am unsure why it reflects Great Britain. Following a recent Windows 10 update, I've encountered difficulties opening NordVPN. Upon computer boot-up, the repeated prompt to "Sign In" leads to an endless loop, preventing successful sign-in. Seeking assistance from the support site proved unfruitful, lacking solutions catered to my issue and the option to chat with a representative. Feeling frustrated, I opted to uninstall NordVPN, although some components resisted deletion. After reinstalling from my account, the installation process was riddled with unhelpful errors, necessitating clicks on "ignore" to proceed. Despite the reinstallation, the VPN remains dysfunctional, requiring manual connection. For a supposedly top VPN service like NordVPN, a more effective approach to issue resolution and customer support is essential. I appreciate NordVPN's features but crave a smoother experience. I recently moved to Canada and need access to US websites that are blocked. At the recommendation of NORD, I bought an Asus RT-AC5300 router to set up as a dedicated VPN. Despite spending over 40 hours watching videos and reading instructions, I'm unable to set up NORD VPN on my Asus router. I successfully logged into the Web GUI but still face issues with setting up the Wan connection and understanding the required credentials. The setup manual and videos have not been very helpful, and I'm feeling frustrated. I need assistance but can't seek outside help due to COVID quarantine restrictions. I inadvertently received Nordpass when signing up for Nordvpn and requested to cancel Nordpass. Nord replied that I would need to cancel the entire order and start over. On May 12, [redacted], I used my Visa bank debit card to pay $[redacted].74. I requested a refund and was provided with an ARN number to give to my bank, but my bank only recognizes a fifteen-digit tracing number. As of today, June 11, [redacted], I have not seen any indication of a refund from Nordvpn. My Ticket ID is [redacted]. I have been in contact with Xiomara De Kahlo from Nord customer service and expressed my determination to secure my refund.

I have NordVPN installed on both of my computers and my phone, and all devices are running the latest version (Software Version - 6_37_3_0). However, on one of my computers, I have noticed that only a few major cities are listed, and both Denver and Salt Lake City are missing, which are closer to my home state. Strangely, I can access these servers by choosing the server number. Could you please make Denver and Salt Lake City servers available on my second home PC just like on my mobile phone?

I am unable to continue with your services due to financial constraints. I initially signed up for a one-month VPN subscription to evaluate the service, but when I attempted to cancel and request a refund, I was unsuccessful. To my dismay, I was charged for another month at $11.95, and I have not received a refund. Unfortunately, the online chat support was not helpful in resolving my issue. My frustration lies not with the VPN itself, but with your customer service and refund policies. In my opinion, you owe me reimbursement for two months of service. I have stopped future payments after the two months you charged me unlawfully. I am considering leaving negative reviews and will report this situation to relevant consumer protection agencies. It is disheartening how businesses resort to deceiving customers for profit.

I have a NordVPN account that is paid until July 15, [redacted]. However, I am experiencing issues with the program not running on my Windows 10 computer. Despite uninstalling it as advised, I am unable to reinstall it as the website provided does not load. Attempting to log in repeatedly has been unsuccessful, even after changing my password multiple times today. Each time I try, it redirects me to the page that confirms my account is active and paid up. This situation is very frustrating for me.

I have been using NordVPN for a couple of years now. Recently, my Amazon Fire Stick stopped working, so I bought a new one and signed in with my information. However, when I tried to install NordVPN on the new Fire Stick, it prompted me to sign in through Amazon account. My wife has the Amazon Prime account, so I used her details. After logging in, it indicated that NordVPN had been delivered to her Fire Stick, but when I tried to access Nord, it asked me to sign in again. The Nord account is under my name, and it directed me to go to nordaccount.com/remote and enter a code. After following the steps and entering my email and password, it kept saying I entered the wrong password. I have tried to reset the password, but it continued to show an error. I attempted using my wife's information with the same outcome. Can someone please assist me with this issue as I am not very tech-savvy? Thank you. - Gary B.

Upon updating my NordVPN software, I observed a warning indicator on my account prompting me to update my credit card for auto-renewal. Although my service was active until 4/19/23, I noticed they had charged me for a new 3-year subscription without prior notice after I updated my credit card. I would like them to void the new subscription and allow me to utilize the remaining years of my current subscriptions ending on 4/19/23. This will give me the opportunity to decide if I want to continue with NordVPN in the future. The inability to contact them by phone is a significant inconvenience for me.
