Nitrorcx.com Customer Service Issues

I recently purchased my second Madcode 1/8 truck, and once again I am disappointed with the quality of the body. During the first landing, the body shattered within 30 seconds on the course, which is unacceptable. This is the second time this has occurred, despite owning 24 other 1/8 and 1/10 scale trucks and buggies without similar issues. To add to the frustration, this time the wheel came unglued, and both the front and rear shock towers became unattached on a normal short course lap. As a loyal customer, I believe this level of quality is unprofessional and disrespectful to those who have paid for your products. I noticed that some parts of my vehicle have a QC stamp dating back to August [redacted], which raises concerns about the durability and performance of the product. I have experience racing and bashing vehicles for years without encountering such immediate damage. I would appreciate if you could address this issue promptly, preferably by sending additional bodies to compensate for the recurring problems. -Kevin M.

I recently purchased an Exceed RC Drift Car 1-10 scale 2.4 GHz Electric Driftstar RTR Drift Car [redacted]. I received the car last Friday, and when I unboxed it, everything seemed perfect. I only drove the car for the first time on Saturday night on a clean surface without any issues. However, after a while, the steering stopped working. I checked for any visible damage, and everything seemed fine, but the steering servo doesn't respond at all. A friend suggested it might be the steering servo or wire issue. I noticed a smell of something fried from the wire. The motor doesn't make any noise or attempt to turn. I'd appreciate it if you could send me a replacement for the Exceed RC 6KG steering servo.
