I leased a [redacted] Nissan Rogue on August 1st and initially made a down payment of $[redacted].99 plus the first payment for July instead of August. I have contacted customer service and the finance department multiple times with no resolution. I have sent in the paperwork again, but I am still waiting for my payment to be returned to me.
