I recently got a Nikon D90 and I'm having trouble getting it to focus with my lenses, which work fine with my F100. The lenses I'm using are: - Nikkor 50mm 1:1.4 AF-D - Nikkor 28-105mm 1:2.8-4.5 AF-D - Nikkor 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 AF-D - Tokina 19-35 1:3.5-4.5 I can see the contacts are working because in 'A' mode, I'm limited to the aperture the lens allows. The mechanical aperture control and focus control seem to be working as well. I've charged the Nikon battery, done the two green dot button reset, and reset custom settings in the menu.

I recently attempted to purchase Nikon Mirrorless cameras but encountered shipping issues due to Nikon not delivering to our address. Although Amazon has successfully shipped to our location and UPS confirms its validity, Nikon states that our address is invalid due to the lack of local postal service in our town. Despite the frustration and wasted time spent arguing after contacting UPS, the lack of resolution combined with unhelpful customer service from Thomas P., the customer service manager, is disappointing. My wife, a professional photographer, may need to reconsider her platform due to this experience. It would be beneficial if Nikon updates their shipping policy to better accommodate various address types like [redacted] Bonney Point Road, Rangeley, ME [redacted], which is not a P.O. Box.

I am looking for assistance in converting the Chinese language settings on my D850 camera, purchased in Hong Kong, to French. Unfortunately, the "Language" menu does not offer a French option. I bought the product online from a French platform, Rakuten, and considering the high cost of €2,[redacted], it is surprising that language options are limited. I am wondering if a software update could enable French or at least English commands on the camera. Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mr. PHAN Chanh-Dat 12 Avenue du Pavillon Sully [redacted] Le Pecq FRANCE Email: [redacted]

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulties transferring images from my Nikon COOLPIX B500 to my devices. Initially, I used two devices for this, but due to recurring errors, I had to disconnect one. Now, even my main device is having issues. The error messages I'm receiving are "the camera has refused access" and "the connection to the camera has failed. Try again after reading the online help information on how the problem can be addressed." I would appreciate any assistance on this matter.

I've owned a D750 for over a year and have been quite satisfied with it, though I never used the provided strap. However, when I finally attached the strap recently and had some other items in my hands, the strap unexpectedly failed, causing my camera to fall to the ground. Now I've had to send it off to Nikon for repairs, already costing me $76 for shipping alone. I believe this incident was due to a failure in the Nikon equipment and would appreciate some assistance with the repair costs, as it wasn't caused by me mishandling the camera.

I purchased a Nikon camera that stopped working within 10 days. I have been in contact with Nikon since February 1, [redacted], regarding the broken camera that ruined my trip photos. Despite numerous calls and requests for shipping labels, I have not received them. Now with Nikon being closed for months, I am worried about the warranty expiring before I can get it repaired. A recent chat with customer service was unhelpful as they essentially told me to wait until they reopen, even if the warranty expires.

I recently purchased a Refurbished Nikon CoolPix [redacted] camera, which arrived on 08/12/20. Unfortunately, the package contained the wrong battery and charger. I contacted Nikon customer service to address the issue, but they mentioned it might take up to 48 hours to resolve. I felt they focused more on retrieving the incorrect items rather than prioritizing sending me the correct battery and charger promptly so I can start using my new camera.

I am experiencing an issue with my Nikon Coolpix P610. It was working fine before, but now there seems to be a problem with the WIFI function. When I press the button on the back of the camera, the screen prompts me to connect to a smart device, but there are green boxes at the bottom that won't go away. Pressing cancel does nothing, and pressing OK leads to a blank screen. I have tried resetting the camera to factory settings, changing batteries and memory cards, and adjusting other settings, but the problem persists. It appears to be locked in a specific mode, possibly related to switching from the viewfinder to display mode. Thank you.

I recently purchased the Monarch 3: 4 x16x42 but encountered an issue with the fixed lens protectors that won't stay closed, rendering them ineffective for hunting. Even the slightest vibration causes them to pop open, making them impractical. I am unable to remove them, as doing so would expose sharp metal that could be dangerous to my eyes. I am requesting a set of standard rubber seals to replace the fixed protectors. I am willing to return the current protectors. Nikon is a great brand, and I hope they can resolve this issue promptly. Thank you, Ronald C.

I purchased a refurbished Nikon D500 camera online through Nikon on 8-28-29 and paid with PayPal. The money was deducted from my bank account the following day. Despite making multiple calls to inquire about the shipping status, I was only told it was in process. After more emails and calls, I was informed it was out of stock with no estimated restock date and offered to cancel my order. The order was canceled, but now I am facing difficulties getting a refund. According to Nikon, they only charge you when the item ships. I have contacted them repeatedly, but they cannot provide a timeline for my refund. I requested a supervisor callback but was informed it would take 1-2 business days. My order number is [redacted]. Thank you. -Rocky MacDonald Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Refund Amount: $[redacted].46

My Nikon S3100 camera is not charging. The battery has been fully depleted, and now, when I try to charge it, it does not charge. Previously, there were also issues with charging where I would only see a fast green flickering light. Occasionally, I would see a slow flickering or blinking green light, which indicated that it was charging correctly. I am looking for a solution to this problem.
