To whom it may concern, I am reaching out for the third time regarding an issue with my ID at the DMV. During my recent visit, I requested not to have the organ donor heart symbol on my non-driver ID, as I am no longer listed as an organ donor with the Department of Health. Despite my request, the ID I received had the symbol. After my therapist assisted me with reapplying online and paying the $8 fee to correct the mistake, I received a confirmation email stating that the heart symbol would once again be included on my ID. I am very frustrated by this ongoing error and would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Danielle B.

I attempted to apply for an enhanced driver's license during my renewal process but encountered difficulties at the local DMV office. I have used the name Marjorie S. Bogart ever since my marriage in [redacted], with the "S" representing my maiden name. Despite having this name on my Federal Passport, Notary Public documents, and all other accounts, my birth certificate shows my middle initial as "M" for Seales. I worry that using "M" on my enhanced license may lead to complications. Is there a way to resolve this without changing the name on my license, possibly through an affidavit or another solution? Although I settled for renewing my license as is, I truly desire the enhanced license for travel purposes instead of relying on my passport for domestic flights. Kindly reply to the provided email address. Thank you.

I renewed my license online, paid $81 two months ago, and received a copy via email. Unfortunately, my physical license was not delivered by USPS because my apartment number was missing from the address. How can I get my license resent to me? My name is Leone Turner, address is [redacted] 64th Avenue, Rego Park, NY [redacted], Apt #2G.

While driving to work, I unknowingly exceeded the speed limit, resulting in a ticket for speeding at 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. To add to my surprise, I also received a citation for driving without a license, despite having a valid PA license. I was unaware of an outstanding ticket from [redacted] in Staten Island. I am seeking guidance on how to pay these tickets, as I am unable to locate specific information on the fines or how to address the [redacted] ticket. This situation is concerning given my current location in PA and the long commute I must endure for work. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

My registrations and driver's license were suspended on January 22 due to an insurance lapse. I had recently moved to CT, where USPS does not forward mail. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the insurance lapse until May 8 due to COVID closures, [redacted] days late. I promptly purchased insurance and informed the NYDMV. I have already surrendered the plates for both of my vehicles. I am eager to pay the fees, but online payment is not allowed for lapses over 91 days. I am struggling to secure an appointment in NY State or reach a person at the NYDMV. Without settling my fees in NY, I cannot obtain a CT driver's license. I am uncertain about the duration of my license suspension as I have not received any notifications. Despite having a clean driving record, I am at a loss on how to proceed and just want to pay the penalties to move forward. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I transferred my registration and license plates from my sold car to a new one, both under my name, online through the New York DMV website on 3/14/21. I received a reference #. I called the NY DMV Albany on 3/18/21 as I hadn’t received an email. An agent mentioned they emailed me on 3/15/21 for payment but had the wrong email address. After numerous calls and getting disconnected, an agent on 3/19/21 helped me make the payment successfully. However, they still have the wrong email address and couldn't change it. I've been trying to contact them with no luck. I need to update my email address for the registration emails. As of 3/23/21, my old car is still registered under my name, and the new one isn't showing up. - George
