My CRV was affected by a recent flood, leading it to Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell, who determined it was an insurance claim due to the flood. The car was then taken to a different repair shop suggested by an MJR adjuster. After several weeks, the car was returned with the issues still unresolved. Subsequently, it was returned to the same shop and the problems persisted. I discovered that my car had been moved from the Honda dealer to a collision repair shop recommended by NJM. I believe the funds paid to this repair shop should be returned. I plan to take the car back to a Honda dealer to address the original issues and request NJM covers the costs. This incident has been extremely disappointing, and I urge NJM to reassess their arrangement with the repair shop. My name is James OS, and you can reach me at [redacted].
