On Christmas Day, I drove from Maine to MA via I95. In Maine, maintenance trucks were sanding and salting, but in NH, I didn't see any trucks. Approaching a toll booth, the icy conditions forced me to clear my windshield wipers. Traffic was moving slowly, and the toll booth attendant confirmed no trucks had been seen. Despite normally paying tolls, due to the poor highway conditions and accidents, I refuse to pay for this journey. NH DOT's failure ruined my holiday plans. No need to reply, my stance is clear.
