Subject: Request for Adjustment of Outstanding Balance Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out regarding an outstanding balance of $[redacted].00 with NH EZPass that I believe to be in error. Despite being set up for automatic reload, I have been charged an administration fee erroneously. I have already discussed this matter with representatives from both MA EZPass and NH EZPass. Shiloh from NHEZPass advised me to contact you directly to request the removal of these charges. My daughter, the primary driver of the vehicle under my name, can be reached at [redacted] or ([redacted])-[redacted] for any necessary follow-up. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter to avoid any further issues. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, M.R.

On Christmas Day, I drove from Maine to MA via I95. In Maine, maintenance trucks were sanding and salting, but in NH, I didn't see any trucks. Approaching a toll booth, the icy conditions forced me to clear my windshield wipers. Traffic was moving slowly, and the toll booth attendant confirmed no trucks had been seen. Despite normally paying tolls, due to the poor highway conditions and accidents, I refuse to pay for this journey. NH DOT's failure ruined my holiday plans. No need to reply, my stance is clear.
