I've been a customer at [redacted] for numerous years. Since the AOL "upgrade," I've been unable to access my email on my older PC. Surprisingly, I successfully created a new email account, [redacted], on the same older PC. Kindly assist me in gaining access to my [redacted] account irrespective of the computer I am using. Otherwise, I may need to cancel my long-term subscription. Thank you.
