As a 66-year-old disabled veteran with vision challenges, I urge you to prioritize establishing a phone line for your customer service. The absence of this essential contact method disregards the Americans With Disabilities Act, especially for visually impaired individuals like myself. I am encountering difficulties adding my second-tier security verification to connect my Wells Fargo Bank Account to Nerd Wallet via "Plaid." Despite my repeated requests, the text code numbers for verification are not being received. If this issue persists, regrettably, I will have to discontinue using your service due to the lack of phone accessibility for disabled individuals. Kindly reach out to me via text at [redacted]. I created my first account as [redacted], but I later changed it to [redacted] Unfortunately, someone hacked into my account and altered some of my details. Now, there seems to be an issue with verifying my identity. My previous phone number was [redacted], but I now have a new number, [redacted].I would like to regain access to my account. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm having trouble linking my phone number on Nerdwallet. It says the number has already been used for SMS verification, but I believe it might be linked to an older account I didn't set up properly. I would like Nerdwallet to verify if the phone number is associated with me and, if so, make it available for use again. Despite sending messages directly to them multiple times, I haven't received any response. Thank you.
