I purchased an iPhone XR through Boost Mobile's Boost Up program, allowing monthly payments for 18 months until I own the phone. The issue arose when I found the 7-day return policy insufficient to determine if I liked the phone, especially when a series of unfortunate events delayed my decision. Following incidents such as breaking my hand and ribs and sustaining a concussion, time escaped me amid chaos. Despite needing to switch to an iPhone 8+ for personal preference and cost, Boost Mobile has not been accommodating. I am looking to exchange my iPhone XR, currently under the account held by L.
