I am experiencing difficulty accessing my email account after it was supposedly switched to my new email. The provided link to create a new password did not work, and upon entering my new email address, it was deemed invalid. Despite reaching out to customer service, I am unable to create an account or log in. Additionally, I am unsure of how to connect it to my Alexa device, adding to my frustration. I rely on accessibility features due to being visually impaired, making the situation even more challenging.

I bought a Neato Botvac7 Connected robot vacuum on January 2 and have been experiencing numerous issues with it ever since. Despite following all guidelines provided, I continuously face problems with connectivity, floor mapping, and docking. Every time I reach out to customer service, they blame me for the malfunctions, even though the reasons provided seem irrelevant to my setup. Despite my repeated requests for a replacement or a refund due to the robot's consistent glitches, I have been met with dismissive responses. I follow all instructions meticulously, but the vacuum still fails to perform correctly. The customer service representatives keep repeating the same unhelpful advice and ultimately refuse to address the ongoing issues. It's frustrating that they evade taking responsibility by claiming the problem is beyond their control, leaving me with a malfunctioning vacuum and a significant financial loss.

Since March, my D8 has been offline and unable to connect despite trying troubleshooting steps in the app. I've been a longtime user of Neato vacuums, starting with the XV models and transitioning to the D8. Disappointingly, the D8 has not met my expectations. I usually receive help from Neato representatives to resolve any issues, but this time I can't reach anyone. I've come across information online suggesting that Neato is closing down, which is concerning. When trying to contact a representative by phone at 1-[redacted], I received a message saying the number is disconnected.
