Subject: Urgent Response Needed - Request for Commercial Invoice Details Dear Sir/Madam: I am contacting you on behalf of UPS from Louisville, Kentucky regarding your shipment for U.S. Customs review. We require a detailed commercial invoice from NAVICO, intended for EQUINAUTIC COM IMP EXP LTDA under tracking number 1Z9WA[redacted][redacted] (Ref# [redacted]-0 po# [redacted]25). The invoice must clearly state the shipper and receiver addresses, a comprehensive description of the items, quantity, and value. Kindly note that a non-zero value (minimum of $1.00) is essential for customs compliance. Your prompt response with the revised invoice is crucial as we must finalize the export process. I have attached a blank invoice for your convenience if needed. Please send the completed invoice to [redacted] and [redacted] with the tracking number in the subject line. While refitting our 55' catamaran in [redacted], we installed new B&G electronics. Our setup includes multiple instruments like Zeus3 Plotters, Triton2 Instruments, Autopilot Controllers, NAC, AV775, DST200, Precision 9 Compass, RF25 Radar Feedback, Triton2 Pilot Keypads, WS [redacted], ZG100 Antenna, Forward Scanner, 24' Hallo Radar, H50 Handset, V50 VHF, and Ethernet NEP-2. Most instruments work well except for the V50 VHF, which has limited transmission range and poor performance, despite adequate cable and aerial testing. We've discovered online that other customers are facing similar V50 VHF issues. We bought the V50 from Defender Marine in December [redacted]. During our recent trip from the US to Saint Martin, the VHF problem surfaced. As non-US citizens currently in the Caribbean, we seek advice on resolving this known V50 VHF transmission malfunction, as we have only begun using the electronics. Assistance from B&G Technical Support would be greatly appreciated to rectify this disappointing situation after investing in these electronics.
