I have been a loyal customer at Navarro for years and have always enjoyed their quality products. However, I had a disappointing experience at the store located at [redacted] W. 16th Ave, Hialeah FL, [redacted] today, on March 26, [redacted], at 12:22 pm. The cashier Herminia, with register number 06 and Store Number [redacted], who was assisting me, was interrupted by a manager to help another customer while still attending to me. I was taken aback by the unprofessionalism as I had more items to purchase. When I pointed out that she had not finished helping me yet, she insisted on prioritizing the other customer's purchase. Despite making a line like others, I was met with rudeness and unfair treatment. It seems she was directed by a coworker or superior to charge an additional item for the other customer while I was still in the middle of my transaction. I hope Herminia learns from this experience, as I have never encountered such behavior at Navarro before.
