Navarro.com's return policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain products, such as perishables, intimate items, and gift cards, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
