I have a question for Nautica regarding the mint green reclining beach chairs I purchased last year. They were hardly used, stored in climate-controlled conditions in our Myrtle Beach S.C. home, yet one chair's bottom material ripped in half, not at the seams, after just a few uses. I am disappointed as we paid a good amount for these chairs and expect better quality. I can provide pictures if needed. The other chair is fine, but my wife is upset about hers. Could you please assist with this issue?

I bought white undershirts on two separate occasions over the last 6 months. Unfortunately, both packages of shirts have significantly shrunk in length by at least 5 inches, rendering them unwearable. I have photos to demonstrate the issue. Despite following the laundering instructions, the shirts continued to shrink with each wash. They were manufactured in India and purchased at a TJ MAXX store, however, I no longer have the receipt. I recall they were approximately $15 per package. I am requesting a refund of $30 due to the poor quality of the items. I have previously bought Nautical undershirts which were of great quality and did not shrink like these. It's concerning how poorly these shirts are made, and I hope this feedback addresses the inadequate workmanship in their production.
