Hello,
I wanted to provide an update on my recent rental experience in Denver from October 14th to the 19th, booked under Andrea Lagace with trip # [redacted]02.
I was anticipating the charge on my corporate credit card by National for the rental, as I must complete my expense report. However, after waiting a while with no charge processed, I followed up with customer service only to find out that the rental was mistakenly charged to an American Express card instead of my BOA Visa as intended. Despite assurances of a correction, my BOA Visa has yet to be charged, and I am unable to move forward with my expense report. Subsequent calls to the Denver airport branch yielded little progress, as Cheryl, the representative I spoke with, mentioned that the correction had not been made by the previous agent. Though I left a detailed message for their account representative, Mike, I have not received a callback.
I am growing increasingly concerned about the lack of attention and unresolved payment issue. I urgently require assistance to rectify this situation promptly to proceed with my expense report. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
