I have been attempting to make a payment for several weeks now. Initially, your unhelpful Vice President of Finance mentioned they cannot assist with such matters, and later your uncooperative automated phone system directed me to resolve my username and password issue on Mr. Cooper's website. I have never encountered such problems when dealing with Citibank.
I request immediate assistance in retrieving my username and password to address this matter. My bank records indicate a payment was made on 4/2. Despite this, your company failed to reach out, leaving me to assume my automated payments were functioning as usual after 20 years without issues. The lack of communication and support from your company has exacerbated this situation.
I urge you to promptly respond to avoid any disruption to my flawless payment history spanning over two decades. Failure to resolve this promptly may lead me to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory body overseeing lending practices and submit a formal complaint.
I expect you to halt any collection efforts until this is resolved.
Regards,
Dr. S.

We were not informed by Nationstar about the purchase of our home loan from Churchhill Mortgage. Recently, Mr. Cooper Mortgage informed us they acquired the loan from Nationstar, but it has been transferred to Wells Fargo. They mentioned a returned April payment in their letter, and we are now missing our May payment. This situation led us to spend hours at a local Wells Fargo branch in Greenwood, SC attempting to resolve the confusion. Wells Fargo suggested we stop payment on the two checks to prevent further issues. The stop payment cost us $72, and now we need to issue new checks for the missing payments. This experience with Nationstar has been unsettling for us, and as senior citizens, we do not need this kind of distress.

Since my mortgage was transferred to Mr. Cooper from Nationstar, I have encountered issues with my principle payments not being applied correctly. Despite clearly marking the principle payment on the return form, it has been mistakenly applied to the following month's mortgage payment, resulting in late charges and confusion. I have reached out multiple times via phone calls without resolution. I prefer not to provide my checking account number and typically mail in my payments. Is it possible to be transferred back to Nationstar? My mortgage number is [redacted], and my address is 9 Sarah Drive, Smithtown, NY [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted].

Nationstar Mortgage, now known as Mr. Cooper, recently notified a third party about a refund owed, but the recipient's details are incorrect. The third party advised me to reach out to the mortgage company for assistance in resolving this issue. I have attempted to contact the company using various phone numbers, but I am unable to speak to a live representative as the automated system recognizes that I no longer have an active loan. I believe I may need to speak with someone in the escrow department or another department handling closed loans. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
