Hello, I made a purchase on September 16th with the expectation of receiving the package before my work trip on September 25th and subsequent vacation in Europe. Regrettably, the package did not arrive in time. Upon my return on October 19th, I tried on the clothing I bought, which was intended for warmer weather, only to find that nothing fits. Although it has been more than 28 days since the delivery, I kindly request the opportunity to return the items for store credit. I recently placed an order on Nastygal.com and encountered an issue during checkout where the page went blank, leading to me refreshing the page. Subsequently, I found no record of the order in my account or any confirmation email. I attempted to reorder and this time the transaction went through. Now, I have received two confirmation emails and both orders are visible in my account as processing. I would like to cancel one of the orders, as I did not intend to have duplicates, but I discovered that the company does not typically cancel orders. I recently made a purchase from the store, and during checkout, an item in my cart sold out. After going back to select similar items, my cart ended up empty. Concerned, I checked my order history, which surprisingly showed no past orders. Assuming my initial order didn't go through, I proceeded to create a new cart with the same items. Upon completing the second order, I received an email confirming both orders, essentially duplicating my purchase. Upon revisiting the app, I noticed the two separate orders were now displayed, though this information wasn't available earlier. Is there a way to cancel one of the orders, considering the situation occurred only a few minutes ago?

I placed an order for 2 dresses with order number GUK[redacted]80. One dress was coral, and the other was supposed to be blue. However, when my parcel arrived, I received a bright orange blazer instead of the blue dress. I returned both items and requested a refund. I paid £24 for the two dresses. Now, I have received an email stating that a refund of £11 has been processed. I want a refund for both dresses as you failed to send me the blue one I originally ordered. I paid for two items, and your mistake led to me returning both dresses. The mix-up occurred as the orange blazer was sent in a clear bag labeled as a blue dress. I even paid £5.99 for next day delivery. Please refund the full amount as it was not my error, but a mistake from your warehouse team. The tracking number provided was invalid, and the carrier transferred the package to USPS without informing me. USPS didn't mention the need for a signature or the delivery time, which caused issues as I was in classes during their attempts. Despite attempting to reschedule online, the website repeatedly displayed errors for two weeks. After an hour-long wait on hold with USPS, I learned they couldn't remove the signature requirement or provide a delivery time. Due to conflicting schedules, no one will be available for the redelivery. If no one signs for it, the package will be returned to the sender. I'm frustrated and believe NastyGal should resolve these issues promptly as they failed to communicate all the necessary details.

I made a purchase on the 15th and used PayPal for payment. I did not receive a receipt from your company, and the money was deducted from my account. I placed an order, but later discovered that the sizes of the clothes I selected were changed without my consent. Despite double-checking the sizes during the ordering process, when I reviewed my order, they had been altered. This is incredibly disappointing. I invested my hard-earned money in your company's clothing, specifically items on sale, only to have my order muddled up. I am requesting free returns and delivery of the correct sizes of the clothes I initially ordered at no additional charge. I feel as though my trust has been violated.

I am satisfied with the trainers, but unfortunately, the black punk boots I received do not suit me well. When I wear them, I feel like I resemble a character from a monster movie. I recently ordered shoes for my daughter with next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the order arrived late, and instead of the shoes, a top was delivered. Even though the package was labeled as the shoes, it contained the wrong item. I would like to return the top and receive a refund for the express delivery fee since the correct shoes were later re-ordered and received. I purchased three items on December 4th - two pairs of jeans and a skirt for this weekend. The estimated delivery date was December 11th, but the tracking information shows it left Carol Stream, Illinois on the same day. However, it hasn't arrived at my Deerfield, Illinois address as expected. I'm concerned about the delay.

This is my first time ordering from Nasty Gal. I recently received my order of two pairs of boots, however, one pair was not what I had ordered, and the second pair did not meet my expectations. I am still waiting for the correct boots I initially ordered, the "Look Stud On You Biker Boots." I have already paid for them but have not received them. Hello, I purchased a black jacket on Black Friday for my sister's Christmas gift. Unfortunately, she lives overseas and the jacket doesn't fit her nor does she like the style, so I need to return it. I'm a bit concerned because I believe it's past the 18-day return period, but I'm hoping you can make an exception considering it's the holiday season. Dear Nasty Gal Customer Service, I would like to address my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from your website (order number: GEU[redacted]35). Upon receiving my items, I discovered that two of them were not as expected. As a size 36, which was recommended on your site, I ordered accordingly even though the app is not accessible in Greece. Unfortunately, the "Acid wash what you say distressed jeans" were significantly larger than the size chart indicated (waist 26 inches vs. my 25.5 inches, hips 35.5 inches vs. my 37.4 inches). Alterations couldn't even fix the fit. The "we attract trouble distressed mom jeans" were slightly large, but the main issue was that they were not the correct design I had ordered. I can provide photos for reference upon request. I have already initiated a return, but I am disappointed that I had to pay double for shipping. I hope to receive a refund for the items and potentially for the shipping cost to Greece as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. We placed an order with BastyGal for clothes and used PayPal to avoid storing our credit card information. Our Order Number was GUS[redacted]17 [#[redacted]5]. Attempting to make a return on their site has been challenging. When we managed to request a return label, they asked for a credit card for a $4.00 USPS mailing fee. We tried to pay cash at USPS or through PayPal, but were told by their customer service representative that the credit card option on their site is secure. We requested a label to be sent from their office to pay cash at USPS, but have not received any response. We also reached out to their parent company's customer service but have yet to hear back as of 11/13/20. It's noted on their website they have no phone number, but we found one listed through D&B as [redacted].
