I am writing to address an issue I had at store number [redacted] in Queens Center Mall. I encountered a particular employee during two separate visits who treated me poorly and refused to involve the manager when requested. This made me feel embarrassed and humiliated, resulting in me leaving without my purchased items and receipt. I am seeking compensation for my losses and the distress caused by this situation. To Whom It May Concern, I want to bring to your attention an incident from about two months ago at your Galleria Store in Orange County NY. Upon entering the store, I encountered Valerie, one of the managers, who was organizing clothes and rearranging the store. Unfortunately, there were iron rods on the floor that I didn't notice, resulting in an injury to my right toe. Despite my discomfort, no immediate action was taken. I later asked a worker for incident paperwork, which I filled out and had Valerie sign. When I requested a copy, I was informed that the information would only be faxed. However, I never received the document and have yet to hear from your company or Valerie. Regrettably, I no longer consider myself a valued customer of your establishment. I had hoped for a more proactive response from your store. As a result, I now feel disconnected from your brand. I would have appreciated some form of follow-up communication from the store regarding this matter. Thank you, Yolande

On July 14th, my daughter and I visited a NY and Co. store at Coronado Mall in Albuquerque, NM. Considering the COVID situation, I wore a mask, though I have asthma and it's not mandatory for me. As I entered the store with my mask not fully covering my nose, an employee who claimed to be the manager instructed me to adjust it. Despite explaining my health condition and showing my inhaler and documents, he insisted I comply or leave. I was shocked by his ignorance of the state laws exempting certain health conditions from mask-wearing. It is unacceptable that he denied service to someone with a disability. He needs to be reeducated and should not abuse his title by disregarding the law.
