A representative from IGS Energy visited my home shortly after I signed up with them. The sales rep at Walmart in Troy, Ohio, where I signed up, was pleasant. The representative came to my house when I was not there and informed my brother about a supposed scam I was involved in. After some discussions, he assured me not to worry as they were handling it. Weeks later, he returned, emphasizing how fortunate I was that they caught the scam. However, two months later, I noticed my electric bill had doubled. Upon contacting DP&L, I discovered I was enrolled with IGS, supposedly under a three-year contract that I do not remember agreeing to. It seems they are misrepresenting themselves in Troy, Ohio. Being disabled with memory issues, I feel mistreated but am unsure how to resolve this issue.

I am confused about why NRG Energy is charging me for my electricity when I have been paying PP&L since I moved here in August. I did not agree to switch over to NRG Energy, and I want to remain a customer of PP&L. Please cancel my account with NRG Energy and switch me back to PP&L. I did not authorize this change and have always been satisfied with PP&L's service.
