Unfortunately, for [redacted], there doesn't seem to be an option to view the preseason schedule or any regular season schedules beyond week 1 on their website. Despite using the search function with an hourglass icon, the results only show news stories, not the schedule. With the preseason starting next week, the absence of a schedule on NFL.com is disappointing. It appears that the website is not being adequately maintained, and it is frustrating that vital schedule information is not readily available. This situation might drive fans to seek enjoyment and information elsewhere, such as following baseball. NFL.com's current state is truly disappointing, and it seems unlikely to improve anytime soon.

There is a lot of negativity and confusion surrounding this issue, exacerbated by the divisive rhetoric from the president. Instead of perpetuating this negativity, why not unite all players by encouraging them to raise a fist over their hearts as a symbol of unity against prejudice? This gesture could help shift the focus from divisiveness to unity on the field, reducing the impact of the president's comments. Additionally, I propose the establishment of a program called STOP (Stand Truth Over Prejudice), aiming to combat prejudice by fostering community involvement and support through donations. By setting up donation centers across stadiums and online platforms, the NFL could empower the public to contribute financially in driving positive change. The NFL has the influence to steer the narrative and promote unity. As a father of four passionate NFL fans, I believe in the power of sports to bring people together. Let's work together to make a difference and unite the community.

I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] that was charged to my bank account through Paypal.com. I am frustrated by the difficulty I have experienced with your service. Here is a summary of my situation:
1) Signing up for the free trial was easy, but cancelling the subscription on 2/11/[redacted] was challenging. After multiple attempts, I resorted to submitting an email request.
2) The lack of a customer service phone number forced me to use the online request form.
3) Despite my request to cancel the account and refund the $50 charge being denied, due to the cumbersome customer service process, I chose not to pursue it further.
4) The online request system appears to be ineffective and user-unfriendly.
5) Another unauthorized charge of $[redacted] on 8/2/[redacted] could not be disputed through Paypal or my bank, as NFL Enterprise LLC proved unhelpful.

I no longer watch Monday Night Football because of the female announcer. It's disappointing that female voices are being pushed on male viewers like us. From announcers to officials, the idea of female involvement in what we see as a man's game is concerning. As a group of six friends, we have chosen to opt-out of Monday Night Football and instead play cards on those nights. This decision comes after years of watching the show since its inception. I contacted you more than 24 hours ago. I used all caps out of frustration. In August, I paid $29.99 for the down payment to watch NFL games this [redacted]-19 season, especially my Philadelphia Eagles as I now live in New Hampshire. Yesterday, despite using ../activate/firetv and paying an additional $99.99, I could only listen to the games, not watch them. Trying to remove the $29.99 charge erased everything in my account. Currently, there are no account details displayed after signing in at 3:15 EST, but a $99.99 charge is still pending. Please assist me in being able to watch the NFL games with a discount as compensation for the inconvenience. If it's not possible, please refund my money. I am Constance Delacruz. I made an order on October 4 for three items from NFL.com: a New York Giants NFL jacket with a full zip, a V-neck NFL Giants pullover jacket, and a fleece NFL Giants throw. They were to be sent to the Silver Sevens Hotel and Casino at [redacted] Paradise Rd., Las Vegas, NV [redacted] to Tony Garcia at the security department, attention front desk clerk Shannon. The two shipments arrived separately three hours apart last Wednesday, which I believe was October 10. However, the NFL jacket that zips all the way in the front, size 2X, has not arrived. I did not receive a tracking number, only an order number, making it impossible for me to track its status. My bank confirmed payment for all three items to NFL.com. I was eligible for free shipping with the provided discount code, but I was still charged $4.99 for shipping, and the most expensive item was not received. I am having trouble streaming NFL NETWORK on my ROKU TV using the NFL APP. When I open the app, all I see is a blue spinning circle.
I have no issues watching it on my computer at NFL.com/watch. I have attempted to troubleshoot the problem by signing out and back in with my TV provider, Dish Network. Additionally, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried resetting my TV, but unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the issue.
I can confirm that my internet connection is working fine. I reached out to NFL "Digital Care" via email, and received an automated response from "Jonathan," which did not address my concerns. Despite attempting to reply, I have not been able to communicate my issue effectively. My ticket number for this matter is [redacted].

I paid $[redacted] for NFL Game Pass because I can't watch Chargers games due to being out of network and my work schedule doesn't allow me to watch 4pm games live. Game Pass was our top choice, but we have to wait until 8pm ET to watch the games. We make a conscious effort to avoid spoilers until then. Unfortunately, while fast-forwarding through the 1st quarter of the LAC vs SEA game to skip commercials, we accidentally landed in the 4th quarter and saw the 25-17 score, ruining the game for us after waiting all day. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me promptly to address this issue and find a resolution to our dissatisfaction with NFL Game Pass to ensure we continue our subscription for future seasons. I recently purchased tickets for the Kansas City vs. Los Angeles Rams game in Mexico City, but it was relocated to LA. I have non-refundable flights and hotel rooms booked. While my game tickets can be refunded, I am hoping for compensation for the hotel rooms and flights as this change was not within my control but due to the NFL's decision. I have tried contacting support but have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone helpful. This situation is disappointing, especially since this game was a big one for me as a huge football fan and a supporter of the KC team. I am from Canada and due to certain immigration laws, Mexico was the only opportunity for me to watch this game. I believe the league should compensate us for the inconvenience. I am a NFL Game Pass subscriber facing issues with my service. Lately, I am repeatedly encountering an error message stating, "It appears that you are in Europe," despite being located in California and not using a VPN. This problem prevents me from watching any games. I have attempted to resolve this by using both Brave and Mozilla browsers to no avail. Regrettably, NFL Game Pass lacks a customer service phone number or dedicated email for assistance, only offering articles for troubleshooting. I request that they rectify this issue, provide a partial refund, establish a customer service phone line and dedicated email, and be reported to the FCC for suspected fraudulent activities. It is unacceptable for a paid service to lack direct customer support options beyond articles. NFL Game Pass must improve their customer service standards.

I'm encountering an issue with my Roku TV while trying to watch NFL Network and Red Zone since mid-December. Initially, when launching live TV, a prompt appears requesting my cable username and password but quickly transitions to an error message saying, "Sorry, we couldn't complete the authentication. Please try again to receive a new activation code." The options to retry and cancel do not function correctly. Despite multiple attempts including reinstallation of the app, resetting the network connection, and rebooting the TV, the problem persists. It was disappointing that the weather affected our experience at the Pro Bowl. Despite the challenging conditions, my son and I stayed hopeful about our postgame field passes. Unfortunately, the rain and mud made it hard to enjoy the outdoor activities and red carpet events. Many attendees, including my parents, left early due to the weather. Leading up to the end of the game, we opted to secure a good spot in the postgame area instead.
The excitement grew as we waited on the field with other fans, especially the kids who were thrilled. My son was eager to get autographs with his ball and Sharpie while I took photos. Although we had a prime location, we had to watch the trophy ceremony on a screen, which was a bit disappointing. However, the real letdown came when the NFL abruptly canceled the postgame event. The players never returned, leaving many of us feeling upset and disheartened.
As a single mother on a tight budget, I had hoped to create a memorable experience for my deserving son, who is a dedicated student, athlete, and NFL enthusiast. The weather was beyond anyone's control, but the NFL's handling of the situation at the end was truly upsetting.

KSN Channel 3 in Wichita, KS is no longer available on major providers like AT&T, Dish, and others due to contract disputes. As a fan, I'm frustrated that I can't watch NFL games because of this situation. KSN's greed is causing fans to miss out on preseason and potentially regular season games. It's disappointing that a station with the opportunity to broadcast NFL games is prioritizing money over viewers. Dear NFL, the Monday Night Football game between the Lions and Packers had the most flawed officiating I have ever witnessed. The national audience saw the officials manipulating the game's outcome. There are two possibilities here: the NFL is corrupt, or the officials are incompetent. This season has been marred by the worst officiating ever, evident to the announcers and viewers. It seems you and the officials are the only ones not acknowledging this issue.
Please admit this problem, address it, and show integrity by taking responsibility. It is disappointing to be a football fan now. Accountability is lacking, unlike in other professions. Will the NFL respond to complaints and fix this issue? The odds seem as low as the chances of accurate calls in tonight's game – zero.
