I am experiencing an issue with the NBA League Pass. Even though I have not purchased a package for the current season, $[redacted] was still deducted from my bank account. I am unable to log into my account on the NBA League Pass website to cancel my membership. I would like a refund as I am unable to watch any NBA games this season. I canceled my NBA League Pass Subscription in June, assuming there would be no games until October. However, I was charged for July, August, and September without my knowledge. I have not used the app during this time on any of my devices. I would like to request a refund for the unused 3 months or a credit for the upcoming season. I am a big NBA fan and had planned on renewing my subscription in October. Please refund the overcharged amount to my iTunes account or provide a credit for the next 3 months of my subscription. I have been attempting to subscribe to NBA League Pass for this year, a service I have used annually. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties reaching someone in your department via phone at [redacted], which does not seem to be a valid number. My intention was to access the League Pass on my TV, but it appears that I may have mistakenly signed up for streaming via the website. I do not want this service and am now faced with having to pay another $[redacted].00 through Spectrum to access it on my TV. I was unaware that my online sign-up was for online streaming. I am uncertain if the process was completed. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to update my credit card details for NBA League Pass, but kept receiving an error message for all three different cards I tried. Following two chats with the support team, I was directed to contact NBA via email. I completed a speed test as requested to verify my connection, yet I have not received any further assistance. My subscription is due to expire on November 2. In my attempt to start a new service with a different email, I encountered the same issues. My main goal is to connect with a representative directly. Appreciate your help.

I am Maritza Frenkel residing in Germany. I bought a league pass for my son in August [redacted] (Mastercard ending in [redacted]) and noticed a charge on August 11, [redacted]. Unfortunately, we are unable to access the account as it is linked to my old email "[redacted]". Encountering a cryptic message "THIS API IS TURNED OFF" adds to our frustration. Multiple attempts to change the email address and seek support have been unsuccessful. Despite paying for the service, my son is unable to watch the games, and I cannot even cancel the subscription without access. It seems challenging to find customer service in Germany, leading us to seek help internationally. On January 6, I bought a one-team (Bulls) season pass for my husband for $[redacted].99. We have Summit Broadband as our cable provider, and we were initially using a Firestick to access our NBA subscription, which worked well for the first game. However, we have been unable to watch games on TV since then. The only way to watch the game is through our computer. When I go to the NBA app on Firestick, the Bulls game shows up, but when I try to select it, nothing happens. If we had known we couldn't watch games on TV, we would have purchased the package through Summit instead. Is there a way we can switch our account to watch the one team we bought through Summit? As a dedicated Celtics fan, I rely on Infinity cable provider for my sports needs. Despite not having NBC Sports Boston through Xfinity in East Haven, CT, I consistently face blackout restrictions whenever the Boston Celtics are featured on NBA TV. Today, during the 2 PM ET game, I encountered this issue once more and missed out on watching my favorite team play. Having invested $[redacted] primarily to follow the Celtics, this recurring problem is frustrating. I reside in East Haven, CT, and can't view the games on TV or through broadband on my laptop. I wanted to inform you that I recently subscribed to the NBA League Pass a few days ago, thinking that the fee of RM45.99 was for the whole year. After realizing it is a monthly fee, I would like to unsubscribe from the Annual NBA League Pass. I have already paid the RM45.99, so there is no need for a refund. I attempted to purchase the NBA Team Pass for the Warriors through my DirecTV service. I completed the payment and received a confirmation email welcoming me to the NBA Pass. However, when I tried to input my DirecTV information, I was prompted to switch my computer browser to Wavelength, which I am unfamiliar with and unwilling to do so. I don't need the games on my computer and was not even provided with a temporary free pass. How can I access the Team Pass on my TV?

I'm extremely disappointed with NBA LEAGUE PASS. When I signed up, there was no mention of game blackouts. It was promised that I would have access to ALL games, yet I've only been able to watch less than half of them. Some games that initially seem available suddenly become blocked right at the start. This is the second time I've reached out about this issue without any response. If I don't hear back about this matter, I will have to cancel my subscription. I'm tired of wasting both my money and time on a service that is not delivering as advertised.

I subscribed to NBA League Pass before the season started. Recently, I was charged $[redacted].39 on my Wells Fargo Credit Card for a transaction labeled "Roku to NBA Properties 1[redacted] DE." I had already paid for the service at the beginning of the season and do not recognize this charge or its relation to Roku. I previously used Roku to access the League Pass but switched to Direct TV this year, cancelling my Roku service in the summer. I kindly request a review of this charge, a reversal on my credit card, and notification once resolved.

Dear Team, I am writing to address an issue with my account and subscription. I previously had an NBA subscription that allowed me to watch all teams play. However, when I attempted to watch a live Warriors match, I encountered an error stating that I no longer had permission to access it. As I mainly watch Warriors games, I decided to switch to a Warriors Team pass. However, I have now been charged for both the regular league pass and the NBA Team Pass. This is a mistake that I would like to rectify as soon as possible. I simply wish to keep one of the subscriptions. I reside in Portugal and recently received an offer to renew my League Pass subscription for €24.99, which I found to be a great deal. However, upon attempting to renew, I discovered that there was no "EDIT" link next to the "Billing Method" to proceed to the shopping cart for checkout, unlike in past renewals. Following my email query, Aaron Saromo from your team informed me that my previous subscription was linked to PayPal, which is inaccurate as I did not use PayPal for payment. Mr. Saromo suggested canceling and re-subscribing, but I expressed concern that this might void the renewal offer. I have also tried calling multiple times over the last three days without success. As a loyal subscriber for more than five years, I am frustrated by this unexpected difficulty in renewing, especially with the new season approaching. I received NBA League Pass as a gift to watch Oklahoma City Thunder games. Unfortunately, all their games are blacked out. I discovered that after three days, a condensed game is available, but I prefer watching the full game as indicated on the screen. If this isn't possible, I would like a refund as I won't be able to use it without access to Thunder games.
