I need to exchange the slippers my husband bought me because they are too big. I was unable to wear them for a long time due to health issues. I tried calling your company before with no success. I purchased a pair of men's black moccasin style slippers on 2/17/22. These slippers have been worn indoors. Unfortunately, the right foot slipper's sole has split open along the outside edge, with the support layers now visible. My order number is [redacted].
After contacting customer support, I was advised that my slippers are under warranty. To obtain a replacement pair, I need to reach out to customer service via the email address "support.mypillow.com" and follow their instructions. However, I couldn't find a "contact customer service" link in the email provided.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with "My Slippers." After wearing them for about 4 months, I noticed that I was walking more on the outside of my right foot. Upon inspection, I discovered that the sole had split open, and the gel-like filling was coming out. It appears the sole is quite thin. While I really enjoyed the slippers, even cheaper ones from Target lasted over a year at a lower cost. What should I do? I have photos available if needed. I purchased my pillow approximately a year ago and kept it in its wrapper due to a move, as my others were still in good condition. Recently, when I unwrapped it, I noticed an issue as after putting it in the dryer, it continues to sag in the middle despite the time spent drying. I initially ordered a firm pillow in blue, but I received a green one. Even though the pillows come with a 10-year guarantee, customer service informed me that they are unable to assist me. This is quite disappointing considering my satisfaction with my previous My Pillows. I hope to find a resolution for this situation, particularly since the wrong firmness was sent, and the product is supposed to be guaranteed for 10 years.
