I kindly request the return of Raspberry-flavored M&M's as they are my favorite. I recently tried the new Hot Cocoa flavor, which is decent but not as good as Raspberry. Back when Raspberry M&M's were running low in stores in Coeur d'Alene, ID, I purchased all I could find. This was a few years back, and I have been eagerly awaiting the return of that flavor. Please satisfy this M&M enthusiast with the Raspberry variety once more. Thank you, Jolene M.

In September [redacted], I ordered M&Ms with order number [redacted]. After a delay in the payment process, I followed advice to send a check to the Mars Retail Group. Unfortunately, I was double-charged later on. I contacted customer service at #1[redacted] and spoke with Stephanie. Following her instructions, I sent my bank statement showing the duplicate charges, but I have not received any further communication. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue as I am owed $[redacted].97.

I recently purchased a 19.20 oz bag of milk chocolate M&M’s, which happened to be my favorite type. Despite them not being on sale, I didn't mind because of my preference for them. When I opened the bag last night for my grandchildren, we were disappointed. Instead of the usual crunch, they were extremely hard. I always check the expiration date, and it indicates they are good until 10/[redacted]. I wanted to return them to CVS, but I had already discarded the receipt. Any insights on what could have caused them to be this way would be appreciated.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with the milk chocolate M&M's I purchased before Thanksgiving. I bought a couple of family-sized bags for my grandkids, who love M&M's. Unfortunately, when I opened the bags, I noticed that many candies were chipped and some were broken. Despite this, we still enjoyed them all before the end of the day, so it turned out fine in the end. The bags have a net weight of 19.20 ounces and the best before date is 08/[redacted]. Subject: Unpleasant Experience with Almond M&M's
Greetings,
I am writing to share an incident that occurred on 01/07/[redacted] around 12:00 pm, as a point of concern. While at work yesterday, I consumed some Almond M&M's and noticed a sudden strong sewage-like odor and taste. The experience was quite distressing, and I had to pull over while driving due to the intensity of the sensation. After rinsing my mouth multiple times, I felt slightly unwell. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original packaging as I had transferred the M&M's to different bags for my lunches.
I purchased the Almond M&M's from King Soopers (Kroger) at the intersection of Austin Bluffs Pkwy and Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs a few weeks ago. Despite this unsettling incident, I am thankful that I have not experienced any severe effects beyond mild discomfort.
