MrPorter.com Customer Service Issues

Hello, I am Zongmuk Y. and I have always had a great experience with Mr. Porter. I received the clothes I ordered on June 15th and discovered an issue with the jacket. The order number is [redacted]40, and the jacket in question is the ARC'TERYX VEILANCE NEMIS STRETCH-NYLON JACKET. Upon opening the zipper, I found contamination inside that resembles glue or vomit with a sour and sticky smell. I was disappointed as I really liked this jacket. The cleaner advised dry cleaning, but the pollution remains. Unfortunately, the jacket is currently out of stock on the website. I would appreciate an exchange if possible. I recently received my Stone Island overshirt and noticed that while the overshirt is fine, the tags are very curly, making it difficult to read the washing instructions and scan the QR code. Even around the zip is very curly and doesn't straighten out. I attempted to fix it, but it didn't work. I would appreciate a partial refund of around 20% as the tags shouldn't be this way.
