I am Eleri V. I shopped at the Denbigh store on August 22nd at 8:30 and paid for my items. Returned on August 24th at 3:50, paid again. Today, August 25th, at 8:30, while shopping, the store manager removed items from my trolley, stating I had not paid for one on Tuesday. I offered to pay but was accused of theft, banned from the store for life, threatened with police involvement, and job loss. Feeling embarrassed and publicly humiliated, I was escorted out. The manager mentioned I appear suspicious due to anxiety and depression, making me extremely distressed. If not resolved soon, I may take further action. Thank you.

Good afternoon! This morning, I called the customer service number about my delivery scheduled for [redacted] - [redacted] today. It took 32 minutes to speak with a representative, who was polite and understanding but couldn't reach the store. They said they would call back at [redacted], but I haven't received any callback since then. I tried calling again for 35 minutes without success. My order number is [redacted]. I received an email about items not being substituted and some being substituted, but I haven't heard back regarding the issues with my order. This experience has been disappointing, especially when essential items like bread, tomatoes, and fruit are missing. After being a customer for over two years, this has been the worst delivery experience prompting me to make a serious complaint. I hope for a resolution soon.

Good afternoon on September 26, [redacted]. This morning, I dialed [redacted] at 11:00 a.m. regarding my delivery scheduled between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. It took 32 minutes to speak with a Customer Service Agent, who was polite and understanding but couldn't reach the store. They promised to hold the issue and call back by 2:30 p.m. It's now 4:40 p.m., and I haven't received a callback. I tried calling again from 4:00 p.m. to 4:35 p.m., with no answer. The problem concerns my order number [redacted][redacted]. I got an email today stating that 7 items will not be substituted and 3 will be. After receiving my final order summary, I assume no further action will be taken. Missing items like bread, tomatoes, and fruit leave me no choice but to go to the store, incurring additional costs. With over two years of being a pass holder, this has been the worst delivery experience, prompting me to lodge this serious complaint. Looking forward to a response. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out via email regarding a recent doorstep delivery issue. On Friday, I received my order but found that some items were missing. I did not receive a bag of potatoes, specifically baking potatoes, and also the whole cooked chicken I ordered turned out to be a ready-to-cook one instead. I am currently facing a wait time of 2 hours and 15 minutes to speak to a representative, which is not feasible for me right now. I want to share some feedback about a recent purchase. I bought a cod loin a few days ago from Morrisons. The use-by date was today, 12/10/23, but when I took it out of the fridge to cook it, I noticed a very bad smell and slime on it. The net weight was .35 kg, and it cost £6.30. I've always had great experiences with Morrisons' fish in the past, so I believe this might be an isolated incident. I would appreciate a refund or credit for this purchase. Thank you. Around 3:05 pm on Monday, October 30th, [redacted], I presented my Morrisons Card 9[redacted]0 at Counter #10 in the Witham branch with Postcode CM8 2GD. The receipt did not reflect the discounts that should have been applied to certain items as follows: 3 x Orange Bumper Pack - supposed to be buy 2 get 1 free, 2 x Robinsons Drink - should have been 2 for £3, and 1 x Beef Brisket Boneless - should have had a 10% discount. Upon speaking to the customer service desk, I was directed to call 0[redacted] for resolution. After a call at approximately 3:20 pm, I was transferred and experienced a lengthy wait with a customer service representative, who regrettably had difficulties hearing me. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and refund for the discounts promised for my purchase. Thank you.
