I am struggling with a mice infestation in my unit, which has led to urine and feces all over my stove. This poses a significant health risk for me and my family. Unfortunately, I have been informed that due to staffing issues, no one can assist me at this time. This situation is completely unfair and unacceptable. Tenants should not have to endure such conditions due to staff shortages. It is distressing to feel like a burden when raising valid concerns about the health and safety of my family.
