Recently, my computer underwent a reset, and I wanted to reinstall Minecraft. However, upon trying to log in on the website, it stated that my email or username was incorrect, even though my email was accurate. After resetting my password and attempting to log in again without success, I have exhausted all my efforts to resolve the issue. I am hesitant to repurchase Minecraft and disappointed to not be able to play. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have engaged with support previously, and despite following their advice to wait 30 minutes, the problem persists. My username is pinkangel278.

My friend logged out last night, and when he logged back in this morning, his entire inventory and the equipment he was wearing were gone. He was in his house, perfectly safe, so this occurrence is inexplicable. This has happened for the second time now. The initial instance was when he was killed by a witch, and although some items dropped, not everything did. Initially, I thought he might have missed it, but now, I'm uncertain. He dedicated hours to building his house and stocking the inventory he lost. It is crucial that incidents like this are prevented. Ideally, returning all his lost items would be best, but if that's not possible, compensating him with a year's worth of realm access would be fair. He's currently considering requesting a refund for the game and quitting altogether. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be resolved to prevent any future occurrences.

I have been attempting to resolve an issue with my Minecraft account, redmanfire555, for several months. While I have the password and can still access the game, I am unable to locate the email linked to the account for necessary changes. It has been challenging to contact Mojang for support as I do not have access to the original purchase email or billing information to assist in verifying my ownership. I simply wish to update my account by changing my skin and migrating it successfully, as I have been a long-time user and enjoy the game. Despite knowing my username and password, I am stuck in a loop where I am asked for an email I do not have access to. I am hopeful for a resolution as navigating through the support system has been frustrating and unproductive. I am willing to provide any necessary proof of ownership to facilitate the process. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My daughter and son received Amazon Fire HD8 ([redacted]) tablets with the product code [redacted]1. They bought additional features to enhance their Minecraft game on these tablets. Unfortunately, my daughter's tablet had to be replaced as it would not charge and now has a black screen with no power. I am uncertain how to transfer her Minecraft game and all its data to the new tablet, especially given the current power issue. Amazon mentioned that the Amazon cloud would only restore the game itself, not the worlds and extras she accumulated over the months. I am eager to find a solution as she has put so much effort into developing her game world. Can you assist me in recovering her previous data and transferring it to her new tablet? Her brother's tablet, the blue one, is functioning well and does not need any adjustments. Both tablets were purchased simultaneously from John Lewis, so I am unsure how to distinguish between them. I am hopeful that you have encountered this issue before and can help us. My daughter is eager to continue her game where she left off, as playing with her brother has been a joyful experience for them both. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. Best regards, Jackie Riley.

I tried to update my old email ([redacted]) to my current one ([redacted]), but the system denied my request repeatedly. Frustrated, I decided to purchase a new copy instead. While trying to buy a new one on Minecraft.net, I discovered that I couldn't create a new account with my current email because it was already in use. However, when I attempted to log in, the website kept indicating that the email address or password was incorrect, even though I was certain they were correct. This issue persisted when I tried to access my Mojang account. Despite entering the correct information, I kept receiving error messages stating my account didn't exist or there was an error with my password/email. Furthermore, I did not receive any emails regarding a password change. Since April, I have been struggling to resolve this matter and am growing impatient with the lack of assistance.

I needed to download the desktop version of Minecraft for my daughter's Minecraft camp, but I'm having trouble paying with a US-issued credit card. Despite trying different cards and browsers, the process always stopped at 'placing order.' I managed to solve this by purchasing a prepaid certificate from a third-party vendor to make the purchase. However, as my daughter is underage, I need to provide a $0.10 payment with my credit card to grant permission on her behalf, but I keep encountering the same 'placing order' issue. I know that approval can be given over the phone, but I'm struggling with the online process. This is time-sensitive as my daughter has already started camp, and I've been trying to resolve this for a couple of days now. Any assistance in allowing me to grant approval for my child would be greatly appreciated.

I believe Minecraft would benefit greatly from the addition of mods to all consoles. This could enhance the overall experience without promoting cheating. Minecraft has been a bit stagnant, and incorporating mods would not only enrich the community but also generate more revenue for Mojang. While mods are already available for the computer version, expanding them to consoles would attract more players. Simple mods like Lucky Block, unique bosses, and the Twilight Forest could be a great starting point. If you share my view, please reach out to me via email. I would love to discuss this further with anyone who agrees. Thank you for your attention to this matter. (PS. My name is Dakhari)

I purchased several packs like Greek mythology, Egyptian mythology, Juliet’s manor, and more. I built and fixed worlds after buying them. Recently returned to Minecraft after a few months and found out I needed to unlock all these texture packs and worlds. I am upset and confused about this issue. I have never experienced this problem before with Mojang. Even after checking with iTunes, I saw no refund for the purchases. I would like my packs and worlds back or a refund as I spent a significant amount of money on them. I am not trying to be rude; I just want this matter resolved. I would greatly appreciate any help in fixing this. Kindly reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello GetHuman, I purchased a Minecraft account over 8 years ago. The email associated with the account has been hacked, and I no longer have access to it or the transaction ID. When I try to log into my Minecraft account, I'm unable to do so. Either the login email or password isn't working. The issue is compounded as I can't access the linked email either since it's been compromised. I reached out to Mojang support months ago, but despite their attempts to assist me, we hit a dead end in our communication. I'm determined to resolve this and would like to contact them by phone to provide a more detailed explanation of my situation. I've inquired about calling them before, but they haven't responded to that question. I hope this information is sufficient for you to assist me. Best regards, LVDS

Hello, my name is Andrew, and I need help accessing my account to play Minecraft. I bought the game years ago at Walmart by entering the code from a card. I no longer have the card. I used an email to set up the account, but I can't remember the password or receive the reset email. The gamer name on the account is WhiteDevil243. I hope to recover the account without buying the game again.

I purchased Minecraft for my Xbox One a few years ago, and it ran perfectly until today, July 7th, [redacted]. While playing multiplayer with a friend, the game froze when I tried to open my inventory. I thought it might have crashed, so I closed and reopened it. It worked for a while, but then it froze again after 10 to 20 minutes. Despite restarting the game, the issue persisted, frustrating me. I hope to hear back soon. Thank you, Braden W.

I bought Minecraft Java Edition on the official website and used a paysafecard for payment. Initially, I attempted to pay with PayPal without success, thus resorting to paysafecard. The transaction went through, but I did not receive a confirmation email, and my account status indicated a failed purchase. Despite this, the payment was deducted from the paysafecard. I am seeking assistance to either receive a refund or obtain a functional Minecraft account to access the game.

I created an account in the early 2000s but cannot recall the email I used or if I even made a Mojang account. I have been unable to access my account for years. I wish to play my favorite game again and need help. My in-game name should be lie_kuh or liekuh, most likely liekuh. I am unable to provide proof of purchase as the game was a gift from a friend. It would be great if you could change the email to [redacted] I struggle to remember my password, but I used a few select passwords. My memory is unreliable. Thank you for your assistance.

I am attempting to log back into my old account, but I have forgotten my password. I tried to recover it through email, but it seems that my aim.com email address has been inactive for years. AOL's customer service mentioned that a deactivated account cannot be reactivated, leaving me unable to access the email connected to my account for password recovery. I am frustrated, but not at you all, rather at AOL. The email linked to the account could be either [redacted] or [redacted], but I am uncertain since it has been a long time since I last used it. I attempted to repurchase Minecraft, but my previous username (Tryxrabbyt) is still in use, preventing me from creating a new account. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope to receive a prompt response.

I initially wanted to change my Minecraft name, but to do so, I needed to provide answers to 3 security questions from years ago which I don't remember. Whenever I try to change the questions, an email is sent to my original email address, [redacted] Unfortunately, I can't receive any emails at that address, even in the junk folder. I'm stuck in a loop as I can't change my Minecraft email without providing the security question answers. I'm now attempting to switch all associated emails to [redacted] I can still log in and play, but not being able to modify my account details like changing the name is frustrating.

I have been struggling with this issue for years. Despite numerous emails to Mojang, they have been unwilling to provide assistance promptly. I never received a transaction ID, and despite my efforts to prove my purchase of the game, they refuse to send it. While I can log in to minecraft.net, I am unable to proceed due to forgotten security questions. Resetting the questions requires an email I never receive. Mojang requires the transaction ID, which I have not been given, to verify my email for the reset process. I have provided all details, including the credit card used for the purchase, yet Mojang support remains unhelpful. Despite my continued respect and patience, their lack of assistance is testing my patience. I seek genuine help with this ongoing issue.

When attempting to update my Minecraft skin, I was prompted to input security passwords that I couldn't recall due to not changing my skin in years. After resetting the passwords and my main password, upon relaunching the Minecraft launcher, I was surprised to see an option to "play demo" as if I didn't own the game. However, I have been a Minecraft owner for many years, which left me perplexed. Despite checking that I was signed in, the launcher insisted I needed to purchase the game instead of showing me as signed in. Even after numerous sign-in attempts and launcher restarts, the situation didn't change. My Mojang account also confirmed I was signed in, adding to my confusion. Sadly, phone and email support are unavailable, and the existing articles on Mojang's site were not helpful. It's worth noting that reverting to my old password didn't work either.

I am looking to reinstate my old Minecraft account on my Mac. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the email address it was originally registered with or the password. I only recall the username, which is not sufficient for access. The email I believe was associated with the account is no longer active. In the past, my dad sought assistance to recover the account, but I don't believe that service is available now. I have attempted various email addresses and passwords to no avail. I suspect the Minecraft account is linked to an outdated email that I no longer have access to. Any help in resolving this would be much appreciated.

I've been attempting to update my Minecraft account name to "ManyHaxBlahCoco" but am unable to access my Mojang account due to forgetting one security question answer. Unfortunately, I can't reset the security questions as my AOL email linked to the account is inactive. I have the correct login details and answers for two out of three security questions, but without access to the AOL email and the difficulty recalling an old security question, I'm stuck. Any assistance in manually changing my Minecraft username or updating the associated email would be greatly appreciated.

I need help with my Minecraft on Xbox. Initially, I had no issues on version 1.14 of the $49.99 Master's Edition Minecraft for Xbox One. However, recently when trying to join my friends' worlds, it gets stuck on "connecting to multiplayer game," then "generating world" and "locating server" indefinitely. I uninstalled the game, restarted my Xbox, reinstalled it, and now I am stuck on version 1.12 without the ability to update. Assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. If unable to reach me at [redacted], you can also try contacting me at [redacted]
