I placed order number [redacted]21 on October 10, [redacted], with an estimated delivery date of October 21, [redacted], as stated on the website. This jewelry piece was intended as a gift for my daughter's 30th birthday. Despite contacting customer service a week ago and being assured of an expedited status, the item has yet to ship from the supplier. I have not received further information or effort to ensure timely delivery. I have unsuccessfully tried reaching out via phone, email, and Facebook Messenger. I am disappointed with this level of customer service and urge for immediate action to have the item expedited for my daughter's birthday. If not resolved, I will escalate this matter on social media to caution potential customers. I hope for a prompt resolution. - J. C. Preston

I purchased a watch and a 14kt gold chain, but I have not received my order yet. I reached out via email but did not receive a response. If I do not receive the items in the next few days, I will have to contact the Attorney General's office. This is my third attempt to resolve this issue. I also contacted GetHuman for assistance. Please investigate this matter promptly to avoid further escalation.

Hello, I placed an order for a tennis bracelet on October 12th. However, I have yet to receive it. The order number is [redacted]33 under Jilly Stewart's name. After contacting Modinique via email, I received a response on December 2nd from Lindsey G stating that they forwarded my inquiry to the purchasing department and would provide an update soon. I followed up with Lindsey G again, emphasizing the urgency due to our upcoming trip overseas, but have not heard back yet. My husband's credit card was charged on October 13th, one day after the order was placed. I am becoming increasingly worried, especially since the same bracelet is now on sale. I am still waiting for an order I placed over 2 months ago with order number [redacted]33. Despite sending four emails and expressing my frustration in the last one, I have not received any response. I am disappointed by the lack of communication, apology, or explanation for the delay. I was supposed to receive an email confirming the shipment, but I have received neither the email nor the bracelet. The lack of service is unacceptable. I reside in Australia, which limits my options. I had high hopes when using this service initially, but so far, nothing has materialized. Thank you.
