I would like to return two items from my recent order #[redacted]. I previously contacted you regarding the delayed delivery of this order, which took 16 days to arrive. Upon receiving the items, I was disappointed with the performance of the locomotive BAC-[redacted]. It struggles to navigate the Kato turnouts on my layout and sometimes requires me to put it in reverse before it goes forward at startup. Additionally, it is challenging to place on the track compared to my other locomotives. The plastic box of the NW micro-train passenger car (MTL-[redacted]0) arrived scratched. I am requesting a refund or store credit for both items and I am willing to cover the return postage. I believe using a different box for the return shipment would be better due to the condition of the original box. Please provide me with an RMA number. Thank you for your assistance.
