I am having an issue with the shipping charge. I am struggling to obtain the free shipping code. I called the customer service center, and I was advised to complete my order and contact them again once I receive the order. Today, when I called back as instructed, I was informed that without a code, I am not eligible for free shipping. After multiple discussions, including with a supervisor, I only received a $5.00 refund on the $14.99 shipping charge. I have never encountered this problem in all the years I have been placing orders with your company. Additionally, it is challenging to communicate with call centers outside the U.S. due to accents, and it sometimes feels like representatives are rushing through calls with any answer. This does not align with the customer service standard I am used to from your company.

I recently received an email from your company with a 20% discount and free shipping on orders over $39. I attempted to purchase 2 ornaments at $13.99 each and 2 candy bars at $5.99 each, totaling $39.96. While the 20% discount was applied, I did not receive the free shipping as advertised. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to resolve this issue with your website. The lack of assistance from customer service is adding to my frustration. My elderly mother placed an order by mail for a bamboo expandable drawer organizer and handkerchiefs. Instead, she received egg rings, which she did not order. The customer service representative I spoke to was rude and insisted she had ordered the egg rings, which is not true. Moreover, they claim she owes $55.32, but based on the prices of the items she ordered, it should total $45.33. Her check was for $41.00, so the amount doesn't add up. When I tried to resolve this, they were unhelpful and unsympathetic, stating we would not be refunded for shipping and handling if we return the rings. I am concerned they may overcharge her for the drawer organizer. I want to return the egg rings, but I need to talk to a supervisor who will address these issues properly.

I paid extra for express shipping on order SO[redacted]68. I still want the order, so please do not cancel it. Could you kindly remove the express fee and switch it to regular shipping instead? I have been trying for months to resolve an issue I was misled from the beginning. Despite ordering against my judgment, each call results in conflicting information. I have dedicated hours to fixing this, following instructions, only to be treated unprofessionally. I am seeking assistance from someone who can investigate this matter.
