I purchased a set of *A-Zoom* Snap Caps in cal. .[redacted] REM. for my new Winchester Model 70 Featherweight. After cleaning the rifle, mounting a Vortex Razor scope, and going to the range for barrel break-in, I discovered that the snap caps were not chambering properly. The bolt wouldn't close on any of the snap caps due to light detents on the "primers" and inconsistent markings. I am not concerned about a refund but curious if others have had a similar issue with these snap caps. I have used A-Zoom snap caps before without any problems, and I want to ensure my rifle is ready for the upcoming deer season on 17 November. If anyone with a .[redacted] REM could test the A-Zoom snap caps for me, I would appreciate it. I am in Oklahoma City and willing to purchase new snap caps and return the defective ones if needed.

I am a slow typer and prefer to discuss this over the phone. I recently placed an order on 04/23 with the number #[redacted]92. I encountered some issues with the .17 cal Tipton items in this order as well as with a prior purchase. The cleaning rod I purchased received a five-star rating, but the universal bore guide doesn't fit any .17 bolt action adapters as it is too big in diameter. The Tipton jag #[redacted] is shorter than the .17 cleaning brush, resulting in the patch staying in the bore. The 26" rod I ordered is not the correct length as it includes the handle in the measurement. I have a Savage B mag with a common 20" barrel, and these items do not meet my needs. I find the bore guide useless for any .17 and the cleaning rod too short. Now, I have to bear the cost of the return, which is disappointing. I am unhappy with these issues, but I prefer not to rate products poorly due to them.

I recently ordered reloading supplies from Midway, Order #[redacted]7. Despite updating my profile with my new address and phone number, as well as confirming my new address at checkout, my package was sent to my old address and returned to UPS. After speaking with UPS and updating my information, the package is now being returned to the company. A supervisor in chat informed me that my shipping address was changed without confirmation to an old address used in [redacted], causing me to lose money, not receive my supplies on time, and potentially endanger the delivery of hazmat materials. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the financial implications on my end. I am eagerly awaiting a resolution to this matter.

Order [redacted]1 was received with some issues. The gunpowder, .[redacted] bullets, and brass were all undamaged. However, the Sierra bullet boxes inside the overpack box were damaged, with two of the three boxes broken open, resulting in the loss of some bullets during shipping. Only [redacted] bullets were received out of the [redacted] ordered. I am requesting [redacted] Sierra Tournament Master bullets (product number [redacted]) to be shipped to me to replace the missing ones. Thank you.

Regarding order no. [redacted]1 delivered on August 20, [redacted], upon picking up the package, bullets spilled from the torn corner onto the porch. The [redacted] grain bullets had two ruptures, and the [redacted] grain bullets had one, causing them to leak from their boxes. Consequently, I had to separate and weigh each loose bullet individually as a mix occurred. Out of the [redacted] ordered bullets, 31 [redacted] grain bullets and 45 [redacted] grain bullets were missing. Additionally, one end flap of the primer box was open, although no primers were absent.

I advise against purchasing from Midway. They not only imposed a 10% restocking fee for something that was not my fault but also charged for shipping, which was not specified in their policies. Despite three employees assuring me that I would not be charged for return shipping due to the issue not being my fault, they later billed $[redacted]. The item in question weighed less than 8 pounds. Customer service claims they cannot assist further. I am seeking a refund of the $[redacted] on my card as initially promised for a full reimbursement.

I flew from Chicago Midway to Las Vegas on June 14th and returned to Chicago at 3 AM on Sunday, June 18th. I had two checked bags, one containing my valuable belongings like a wedding dress, earrings, shoes, a dial phone watch, and expensive perfume. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the bag with these items did not make it. Even after contacting security, I was directed to leave a message with baggage claim during regular hours, which I did multiple times. This morning, I was advised to email the department regarding the lost bag. Additionally, the other bag that did arrive was in bad condition - the wheels, handle, and straps were damaged, with items missing inside. The situation was further complicated when it was announced in Chicago for everyone to check their bags, making me discover the destruction of my beloved black Louis Vuitton bag. I urgently need assistance.

I arrived with two bags, one containing my daughter's precious wedding dress, jewelry, shoes, a valuable watch for myself, and expensive perfume, unfortunately, this bag went missing. The other bag, a high-end Louis Vuitton black Deluxe backpack worth $[redacted], was damaged during transit, with one handle ripped off. Additionally, some items were missing from this bag.
