I recently took my car to Queenstown Rd Midas in Hamilton for an oil change, as I was told it would take about 1 hour. When I returned on time, the manager started complaining about the disposal cost of oil, which escalated into a rant about government spending. Despite my attempts to leave, he continued talking about politicians and even used inappropriate language. As a senior lady, I found this behavior unprofessional and unsettling, especially in a business setting where I just wanted to pay and leave. This was not the first time experiencing such behavior at this location. To make matters worse, I discovered my car had been left running outside during this whole ordeal. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience that I hope can be addressed by management.

After bringing my [redacted] Ford Taurus to your shop in Billings, Montana, I experienced issues just two days after getting an oil change. My car stalled, emitting black smoke from the right rear side of the engine. I needed a jump start and managed to drive a short distance before the car shut off when I turned on the heater. I suspected the alternator but found it was working. Upon further inspection, I discovered the oil was dark and low, indicating it was not changed correctly, and the transmission fluid was overfilled and dirty. As a disabled and elderly individual on a tight budget, I cannot afford another vehicle. I plan to report this incident to the CPA, BBB, and on public review platforms as I believe your shop's negligence caused damage to my car.
