I have exhausted all options trying to return my Phoebe Tee purchased on Oct. 23rd. The item is unused with tags attached and still in its original packaging. Even though I paid full price, the website is not letting me access the return process. I simply need a return label. The site mistakenly states that the top is not eligible for return, but it is. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.
