My spouse and I bought a whirlpool tub on February 9, [redacted]. We were in the plumbing department, waiting for assistance to retrieve it from the shelves. Our receipt was stamped at 1:08 PM, and after making another purchase at 1:19 PM, we headed to the loading area. Despite waiting approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, we did not receive any help, assuming the staff was overwhelmed. We noticed three tubs being taken out, prompting my husband to inquire for help from Tyler and Landon after searching twice. The initial staff member he spoke to was unavailable. I visited the manager, Arron, to report the issue, requesting a follow-up, but after 10 days, no contact has been made. I had hoped for a gesture, like a gift card, considering the inconvenience and our purchases totaling $[redacted]. The Princeton Indiana store manager's dismissive attitude is disappointing. We ordered 32 pieces of base trim at the Indianapolis East Side store with the understanding that we would be contacted once it arrived. After checking the order tracker and facing confusion about the stocked item policy, we visited the Fishers store today. However, only 7 pieces were available, and we still need 11 more to complete our order. Despite spending a significant amount at Menards recently, the communication regarding this purchase has been disappointing. It seems unclear why a large order like ours couldn't have been handled more efficiently.

I have encountered several issues recently with products I purchased from your store. When I bought an over-the-stove microwave, I noticed the box looked previously opened, but the store assured me everything was included. After installation, I discovered the bulb and charcoal filter were actually missing. The store on Illinois and 69 claimed it was not their responsibility. Additionally, I also discussed a problem with the cedar mulch. I specifically buy cedar mulch, not chips, for its bug-repelling qualities. However, the bags I purchased were left outdoors in the rain for three months, washing away the oils that help repel bugs naturally. For the price paid, I could have bought a large amount elsewhere. The issue seems to affect stock at the store too. I've sent multiple emails but have yet to receive a response, which is disappointing given the simple nature of these problems. I hope for a timely resolution.

On February 19, [redacted], at 12:00 PM, I visited Menards to rent a floor buffer. Upon seeking assistance from Assistant Manager Carmelia G regarding operating the machine, she replied that she did not know how to use it. I then requested Manager Diekuera B for help but encountered the same lack of knowledge. Despite multiple attempts to find someone knowledgeable, I was unsuccessful. The staff's inability to operate the equipment in a store offering rental services was disappointing. After a long wait, without receiving the needed assistance, I left the store at 1:12 PM without renting any equipment. I even encountered resistance when suggesting how to plug in the machine for operation. It was frustrating to leave without service and having to ask multiple times for the corporate contact information, all while facing unprofessional behavior.

I have been a loyal customer of Menards and frequently shop there. Unfortunately, I misplaced the rebate receipts that needed to be postmarked by the 2nd of this month due to dealing with my mother's transfer to a nursing home. I am kindly asking if it is possible to extend the deadline for these 11% rebates, as they amount to a significant sum. Being a valued customer who conducts a substantial amount of business with your company, I would be grateful for an extension on these rebates. Thank you for your consideration. Mark Mitchell. P.S. I have a concern regarding the AGM at the Crest Hill, IL, Store #[redacted]. His behavior towards team members is very arrogant and comes across as micromanaging, which is disrespectful. As a full-time team member at the store, I have only recently become aware of these incidents, and now I am experiencing similar behavior as an assistant manager. His lack of respect extends to other department managers and assistant managers, as well as full-time and part-time team members. This has resulted in several team members walking out. He lacks patience in the learning process and is unsympathetic when we bring problems to the GM's attention. The situation has escalated to the point where it is becoming unbearable to work alongside him at the store.

I need help with Menards and Midwest Manufacturing. I spent over $13,[redacted] on materials for my kitchen remodel. The Cardell cabinets went well, but the flaked pearl quartz countertops have been a nightmare. The countertops had issues with missing pieces and incorrect cuts, leading to delays of 1.5 months. The quality and service have been disappointing. I tried to get replacements, but the same mistakes were repeated. Menards offered a refund without restocking fees, but since I paid off my Menards card, the credit balance isn't helpful. They suggested store credit, but I don't want it after this experience. During my visit to your West Springfield Missouri store, I purchased countertops totaling over $2,[redacted]. Unfortunately, my experience with the general manager, Daniel Brown, was quite unpleasant. He provided misleading information about my special order countertops, falsely claiming they were on their way, which caused significant delays in my home remodeling project. Additionally, Daniel's condescending attitude towards me was completely uncalled for. When I expressed my concerns, he rudely suggested just refunding my money without offering a viable solution. The lack of professionalism and respect I encountered during this interaction was disappointing and has left me dissatisfied with the service provided at your store.

On March 1st, I visited the Menards in Chillicothe at noon to shop for a work desk and a few other items. I picked up a cart upon entering, added two Android chargers and a roll of tape, then grabbed a tile and placed it in the cart too. I roamed the store looking for a desk, but felt uncomfortable as I thought I was being followed. Due to recent incidents in the area, I left the cart in the aisle and decided to leave. Outside, a bald man accused me of stealing an Android cord that wasn't in my cart, followed by another man making threats. Confused and scared, I stood my ground and later showed them the items in my purse. Eventually, they found all the items in the cart. The whole ordeal left me shaken and upset. I will not be returning to Menards after this experience and will share it with others. The treatment I received was degrading and awful. While checking out at the St. Joseph MO store, I gave the clerk my rebates to use, only to be told they were voided. We have not used these rebates before. The front manager mentioned they couldn't resolve the issue. We were counting on these rebates for building materials for our barn. Waiting for four months for most of them, we planned to use them for finishing materials. I feel disappointed by the ineffective rebate provider. Please stand by your advertising and resolve this issue by crediting my credit card or having your managers honor the store's policy. Considering reaching out to the St. Joe paper or a television station for resolution and to alert other customers about this matter.

It appears that the store's policy is lenient on allowing dogs inside, despite having "pets not allowed" signs that may be disregarded by customers. This situation raises worries about uncontrolled dogs and potential waste within the store, creating safety concerns for customers.

I placed an order for wood, carpet, and padding to be delivered from another store. A staff member confirmed it would arrive Thursday, with possible delivery on Friday or Saturday. When I went to pick it up on Thursday, I was told it hadn't shipped yet, but would that day and go straight to the store. On Friday, I checked again and found out it had been sent to a different store. Upset by the misinformation, I requested to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager mentioned it could take 3 to 5 business days to process. I experienced rude behavior from an assistant manager named Blake and felt disrespected. Despite providing a transaction inquiry showing a negative balance, my refund has not been processed. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication at Menards. This has been a frustrating experience, causing inconvenience and financial loss due to time off work. If this issue isn't resolved promptly, I intend to share my negative experience on social media platforms.

I want to address the renovation at Menards in Battle Creek, Michigan as it has been a terrible experience for customers. The staff is not providing accurate information on the relocated items, leading to confusion and frustration. Despite being a loyal customer for the past 4 years, spending a significant amount on renovations, I am disappointed by the service received. Despite voicing complaints and being assured of better service, the issues persist. This has led me to reconsider shopping at Menards in the future and opt for competitors like Lowes or Home Depot that prioritize customer satisfaction. I purchased Tarkett laminate flooring for my living room but have experienced multiple problems with the product. Despite several attempts to install it properly, I discovered that the material was warped both from side to side and up and down. Additionally, I noticed the presence of metal in the material which was not disclosed anywhere. Due to these issues, I would like to exchange the laminate flooring for engineering hardwood floors at your store, willing to cover the price difference. I believe this change would make my wife happy and improve our overall satisfaction. As a veteran, I am used to following procedures and understand if you are unable to accommodate my request. Uncertain where to submit this, I'm Rebecca, a single mom from Yankton, AS. I often shop at Menards but recently needed assistance due to frozen water pipes during an Arctic freeze in February. After days without water, a man named Lincoln in the plumbing department was incredibly helpful. Despite my frustration, he patiently assisted me in finding the right fittings. Even when I rushed in before closing, he helped me get the final piece I needed. The next day, he remembered me and my situation, showing genuine care. My spouse and I are in the process of replacing all our kitchen cabinets. I provided the measurements on Friday expecting to receive quotes promptly. Unfortunately, the individual I gave them to misplaced them, requiring me to follow up on Saturday. Despite reassurances of receiving a quote by 5 pm, I have yet to hear back as it is now 8 pm on Sunday. I am frustrated that there has been no progress made in the quotation and ordering process since Friday. While I acknowledge that people can be busy, the delay is disappointing considering the significant money at stake. I feel neglected and undervalued as a customer. Yesterday, I called the Livonia store to inquire about changing the measurements on my special order countertop, which I originally purchased from the Warren store. The individual I spoke with assured me it was possible to adjust the measurements. Making the trip from Highland Park to Livonia, I waited approximately 20 minutes for assistance. An employee in the kitchen area informed me that changing the measurements might necessitate canceling and reordering the countertop. He needed to confirm this information after finishing a phone call. While waiting with my grandchildren, there was a safety concern when one of them attempted to handle a blade, which I promptly reported to a supervisor. Ultimately, due to the conflicting information provided by staff members, I had to return to the Warren store. It was frustrating to receive inaccurate details from the associates, especially given the safety issue that arose with my granddaughter.

I recently purchased several items and requested immediate pickup. I was assured the items were available. I bought them on 2/28/19 and tried to collect them on 3/4/19. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was told that one item, the vanity, was missing. Despite multiple calls and promises of follow-ups, I received no resolution by closing time. Eventually, I was offered the option to pick up the item from another store, but the service and attitude remained unsatisfactory throughout. Having spent over $[redacted] in two days at this store, I am thoroughly disappointed by the lack of proper customer service and the inconvenience caused by this situation.

We recently placed a special order for quartz countertops at our local store #[redacted]. After realizing we needed a change, my husband spoke with the back manager, Ben. Issues arose regarding seam matching, and my husband requested a hold on the order, which Ben confirmed. Upon returning a few days later to finalize the changes, no mention was made of any problems. However, when my husband presented the new invoice at the front, he was met by another manager, Laura, who was dismissive and claimed the changes couldn't be made due to the order being already processed. This was contrary to the hold Ben had authorized. Despite assurances of a follow-up call, we received no resolution as Ben explained the hold only affected store operations, not production. Disappointed by the lack of communication and service, we are reconsidering our future orders with Menards, a store we have frequented for over 20 years. Furthermore, we recently received notification that our order is ready for pickup.

I visited the Escanaba store yesterday and encountered an issue with an unmarked item in the garden center. Despite there being multiple wind spinners on the shelf, the first employee I interacted with was rude and unhelpful when asked to price check. After a frustrating interaction, another employee was found in the garden center. This employee attempted to make excuses instead of addressing the pricing error displayed for the spinners. It took around 15 minutes for them to firmly state they would not honor the displayed price. Throughout this ordeal, my daughter and 1-year-old grandson waited as the employees provided poor customer service. The cashier, in contrast, was more understanding and helpful. This experience left us extremely dissatisfied and upset, especially considering the effort my daughter put into earning money to purchase the wind spinner. The discrepancy between the displayed price of $14.99 and the actual charge of $39.99 was disheartening, as she had made a special trip to the store just for this item. Our disappointment and frustration with the whole experience, particularly the lack of proper customer service, were immense.
