I'm experiencing difficulty picking up my Medroxyprogesterone and Estradiol prescriptions at the pharmacy as they were rejected due to a Merck Medco prescription plan I didn't enroll in. My insurance is challenging to deal with because the plan's effective date is 01/[redacted]. NJ Familycare couldn't assist me, and my primary insurance requires a termination letter from an unknown source. I urgently need my medication but can't afford it.
