After conducting comprehensive research, it was determined that BNY Mellon is the preferred entity to handle the indenture agreement that I hold rights to, as outlined in the reservation located in the Anderson County Office of the Register of Deeds. BNY Mellon provided clear instructions for me to send my chosen Safe Harbor Agreement Regulation D to ComputerShare of Shareholder Services in Texas, specifically at College Station Road. It appears that this was done to avoid being the responding party to the agreement, which may have been related to their interest in acquiring numerous accounts from various BNY Mellon Trust Institutions. However, I encountered difficulties as my overnight delivery of $63 may not have been securely handled, leading me to suspect that there might have been unauthorized alterations to my agreement. I am requesting MEAD Timber, the company involved in selling surface rights and reserving their own, to assist in clarifying the rights associated with the collateral. The incidents surrounding this matter have greatly disrupted my life and my family, causing significant losses and unforeseen challenges. Urgent contact and communication from MEAD Timber or MEADWESTVACO through unconventional channels are crucial in restoring faith in justice and rectifying the injustices faced. The resolution of this situation is essential for moving forward and recovering from the impact it has had on my life and the lives of my loved ones.
