I'm Doug S., and I recently requested a catalog for my new company, Mountain View Pure Water. Despite using a home address, I did not receive the catalog. I used to order from your catalog when I worked for Washington County Service Authority and had been a frequent customer. As we operate from a location with no cell or internet service, having a physical catalog is crucial for us. I was disappointed by the lack of response as we expand our business operations from home. In the past, I have made several orders with you and would greatly appreciate receiving a catalog for future purchases. Please email me if you can fulfill this request. Otherwise, I may need to explore other vendors, although I would prefer to stick with your products due to my familiarity with your offerings. Thank you, Doug S., Mountain View Pure Water.
