I am reaching out to address an issue with the Samsung Star Wars-themed powerbot vacuum I had purchased through Massdrop on December 4, [redacted]. It ceased to charge its battery and ceased working entirely just two weeks later. Upon contacting Samsung Customer Service, I was informed that the vacuum does not have a warranty due to Massdrop registering it as the owner and depleting the warranty. The vacuum cost $[redacted], and I am disheartened by how Massdrop has managed this situation. Despite sending two previous emails to customer service, I received no response, indicating a lack of intention to assist me. I may proceed to contest the payment through Bank of America online banking until the matter is resolved between Massdrop and Samsung. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my order for the BGVP DMG IEM with the confirmation number MD-80[redacted]. I recently joined Massdrop and was surprised to find out that my order was cancelled. I made the purchase at the beginning of last month and it was supposed to be sent out around March 29th. The night before checking, there was only a message about a slight delay, not a cancellation. I am very eager to receive the INSOUL BGVP DM6 IEMs and would like clarification on what happened with my order. I hope you can resolve this issue promptly and contact me with a solution. I recently bought a set of headphones and placed them in a wicker box inside an end table. Upon taking them out, I discovered that they were broken. Specifically, the plastic arms that connect to the headset and extend down to attach to the earphones have broken at each connection point below the adjustable area. I am unsure how this happened. Can I purchase replacement arms for the headphones? Unfortunately, I do not have the model number on hand, but I can provide it later. Perhaps my purchase can be located using my email or name. I bought a Samsung vacuum in Dec [redacted]. In Jan [redacted], it malfunctioned, and I sent it for warranty repair. Unfortunately, Massdrop didn't update the purchase date with Samsung, voiding the warranty. I'm frustrated after sending multiple emails to Massdrop without receiving my receipt to forward to Samsung. I need it urgently to process my claim. Ideally, Massdrop should replace the unit due to the poor customer service experienced. It feels like the vacuum was sold as new but was actually refurbished. I just want a resolution to this ordeal and believe I deserve better treatment as a customer.

I am seeking information about an order I placed last week for a pair of Sennheiser 58X headphones on Monday night. I have contacted Drop via email twice in the past week but have not received any responses. Despite being informed that the order would ship within two days with 2-day expedited shipping, it has been a week, and there is no indication of it being shipped as the website order status still reads "processing." In this day and age, it is disappointing that this company does not have a phone number for customer support, leaving email as the sole communication channel with no replies. This lack of communication raises concerns about the legitimacy of this business, as none of their promises regarding response times, handling, or shipping seem to be met. It is disheartening to discover numerous similar complaints about Massdrop online, indicating that this is an ongoing issue. As a result, I am now forced to wait for over a month for my PayPal claim to be resolved.

I submitted a request but have not yet received a response. The DT***x Go products I received are defective. The headband has no tension, causing them not to stay on my head. I suspect they may have been broken before being shipped to me. Headphones should naturally connect comfortably. Please see the comparison photos of my Audio-Technica's and the DT***x Go's for reference. I would like to return these items for a full refund. I recognize the current situation is challenging, but I have a defective product that is unusable. This is my first purchase from your company, and I hope for a swift resolution.

I have submitted a request but have not received a response yet. The DT177x Go headphones I received are defective as the headband lacks tension, causing them to slip off my head. I suspect they may have been damaged prior to my purchase. I have attached photos comparing them to my well-fitting Audio-Technica headphones. Three days ago, I placed an order for the Sennheiser PC 37X headset, which I can still see in the "My Transactions" tab. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel the order myself due to a bug preventing me from doing so. Despite my attempts to cancel it, nothing seems to work. When I click on "Cancel Order" and select a reason, I receive an error message stating, "An error occurred: Internal Error." The site appears to be loading when I try to cancel the order, but nothing happens.
